We came to the Zaos in Lehi, they had two chefs choice meals, Mongolian beef and a Chilli chicken. I tried them both and was more than impressed! It was fabulous. Try the new recipes, they do not disappoint!

So I wanted to try something new at Zao and decided to go with the Honey Sriracha as you can see in the picture provided. It has a hint of sweetness but not all-out sugary like teriyaki. It was also enjoyably spicy. I didn’t use any of the sauce except when I was left with just some rice at the end. I’d get it again for sure.

Love Zaos, The food is always hot and fresh, service is fast and friendly! Can’t go wrong with any of the dishes they’ve added some new things to many recently which add to the variety. Love the bowls, I do miss the pickled Diakons and that would be the only thing I would change.

Great vegan and gluten-free bowls. I loved their tofu, noodles, veggies, and sauces. It was also pretty cheap. They also have no dairy in their kitchen apparently, so good for allergies.

First time customers! Loved having a different cuisine to choose from the hamburgers or Mexican genres. Wendy did a fabulous job introducing ideas for our meal. The place was very tidy and taken care of. Would highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience here. We visited for lunch to try a new menu item. The service was on point as there was a huge line and they moved quickly. The food was super tasty. The juices are very refreshing. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Whoever worked at the Traverse Mountain location tonight (14 of Dec) around 5pm was incredible. Every single person! I was having a ridiculously overwhelming day and these amazing people made my experience fantastic, even though I was all over the place. So accommodating and positive and just mind-blowingly kind. I asked if they could make it so that I could build my tacos later since I could not eat them at the time the rest of my family was eating. They put every single topping in separate containers and even wrapped sauces and tortillas in foil. I can’t verbalize how much their kindness meant to me, as it felt like there would only be stress in my day. I’m so so thankful for everyone that helped me out tonight.

Delicious and fresh. We had a Mongolian beef bowl with teriyaki sauce. So good. We are just visiting, but I wish we had a place like this where we live!

Absolutely love Zao—one of my very favorite restaurants. My only problem is that I can never decide between the rice bowl, the salad, or the tacos because I love them all! I usually end up with the rice bowl. If you love spicy, ask for “tiger style” for teriyaki with a kick! So good!

Amazing vegetarian options, I got a bowl with yakisoba noodles, and a mix of their veggies and tofu, with cilantro and teriyaki sauce, along with a can of Thai tea.
Their veggies are full of flavor, and make an amazing pair to their yakisoba noodles. Can definitely recommend to any other vegetarians out there. Their music is also pretty nice and sets the mood well.
