Bombay Sweets was introduced to Milwaukee in the spring of 1999. Bombay Sweets is one of Milwaukee’s first to offer a full array of traditional Vegetarian Indian cuisine and Sweets. Bombay Sweet’s menu focuses on the northern and southern cuisines of India. Along with our freshly prepared home-style vegetarian specialties, we also offer an array of Indian Sweets and Snacks to bring home a little part of India. Our in house sweets consist of a variety; Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Jalebi, and our famous Ras Malai. The snacks we offer range from sweet and salty to extremely spicy.
Low-key, all-vegetarian choice serving Indian dishes, snacks & sweets on disposable plates.

Loved the Chai & Pakoras. Sugarcane juice is a must try.
Don’t miss it when you visit Milwaukee!
for having food.
they did same thing
like waste my time
they took too much time for serving food.
as well as I didn’t like taste of food.
please work on your food
last thing chai tea is too good.
Also mind the fact that it serves food in styrofoam, hot sambar, if it’s hot or anything else. Dosa was burnt as well as uncooked in several spots, sounds weird but that’s what we got. Almost looked like it came out of a panini grill instead of a flat skillet. Never even tasted it because it did not seem with it with all the uncooked layers.
We also ordered a vegetarian Thali. The spinach was as butter and tasting raw coffee powder. My husband spit it out and I ended with an extremely bitter and weird after taste with just 2 bites. The other veggie carried the exact same bitterness. To top it all, everything in Thali was cold cold. Not even warm. I had tried to cancel my order but they left said it’s ready and then gave us the cold platter.
I refused to pay for more than one dish because the veggie platter was inedible and they should be penalized for serving inedible food to their customers.
We took some sweets n namkeen to go.
Everything was yummy.
Restaurant is clean, price is reasonable.
