Nice little pizza joint in a small town. Turns out they have a leg up on the competition seeing as they are the only pizza place in town. They automatically win for that. Food was good. They certainly didn’t skimp on the toppings. Breadsticks were okay. Service was very transactional. “You give me money, I give you food” kind of a feel to it. Then the guy who brought our pizza out just put it on the table without a word and walked away. Other than that, the place was clean, the food came out fast enough and was cooked well. The restaurant has a cozy feel to it. Not an overall bad experience.

I want to like this place because the location is great as the place is spacious and the food came out quicker than expected. However as with any monopoly this “only” pizza place in Chester doesn’t excel in flavor. I ordered cheese and the pesto garlic pizzas along with 2 different flavors of chicken wings and nothing stands out. The pizza is too fluffy both in the dough and the cheese. Pesto is not enough to balance out the garlic in the pizza. The chicken wings are not flavorful enough to be better than fast food chicken wings although they are certainly edible. I wish there is more competition but then in a small town it’s just not practical.

Called in an order 4hrs ahead of pickup, 1XL/2L and a cheese bread. Arrived 10 minutes early and they were “starting to roll the dough for that order” is what I was told.. ended up waiting almost 15 minutes past the time I had requested it to be done! Pizza itself was okay, but a bit bland like they don’t use seasoning at all. Crust is hard and not delicious. Oh and to top it off I joined the rewards program just to find out chester “isn’t setup for the rewards program..” so now if I want the $100 in points from my order, I have to call customer support and deal with that headache.. please tell me why I spent over $100 on 3 pizzas and cheese bread that’s literally cheese pizza, just garlic sauce instead of red sauce..?

I walked in on a Monday night and saw no other customers. Not too surprised as it’s such a small town. I wanted pasta, not pizza so I ordered Spaghetti. I was kinda surprised that it was taking so long when I was the only customer. How long does it take to make right? Once I got my food I understood. It was some of the best spaghetti I have ever had. Good things come to those who wait. If I’m ever in the area again, I will order this again!

Food is fabulous. Try the Hawaiian or the Spaghetti with meatballs. If the owner/manager is open to one suggestion. Please give your customers receipts. We were not offered one and our order got lost. We paid cash so had no way to prove that we paid for food. Fortunately your employees remember. Shit happens and stuff gets lost. Most important is that they fixed it, we got our food and loved it. Was just a little frustrating that we waited an hour, only to find out our order got lost. We will definitely be back. Want to try all the pasta dishes. Cheers!!

I was an out-of-towner looking for a meal, and Pizza Factory hit the spot! I had a personal pan pan pizza with a drink for a reasonable price. I loved the crust- a bit crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plenty of toppings, too. If I’m in Chester again, I’ll drop in again!
