This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this Mt Vernon across from the college stand within a 2year period. The workers do not say thank you, do not smile. Very un-friendly. I tip well 25%, I say please and thank you, so I am not sure what the issue is. Drinks & food are delicious but these interactions make me not want to return.

Man, im really bummed having to leave this review. I gave it a 2 because other experiences have been ok. I think it was the employees on this case.
I ordered a sugar free iced chai and a toasted peanut butter bagel.
I should have known something was off, given the girl who took my order wasn’t the same person who charged me. I noticed I could hear laughter in the background and she was kinda holding back giggles but hey, staff can enjoy their time at work so I brushed it off. Got home to find this.
Unfortunately I won’t go back. Anyone with eyeballs knew this was ruined and should have been thrown away and remade so it wasn’t charbroiled burnt, is unexceptable to serve to your pet, let alone a paying customer, yet they both laughed at me while i was driving away. AND I left a darn 2 bucks tip, insulting.

Just pulled in for coffee.. I’m a regular. Waited 10 minutes for the person in front. No one came to obtain coffee order while waiting. My order given, 3 baristas standing around talking about guys, customers, one eating.. I finally said, “is there a coffee coming?” They finally split up, get to work, and the one eating says, “she’s working on it”.. I should have waited to give the tip.I don’t say that lightly. I’ve lived here my whole life and came back to visit, only place open so i gave it a try and God again just terrible. This coffee stand is only running because of the college. Don’t bother. Go to Morgan’s, or whiskey or literally any other place. The girls think they’re cool because they work there (idk why) and they are just awful. They’ve always been. In the 10 years I lived there they were so mean girl about every little thing. And then they throw tantrums when you don’t tip. Side note they let the shots sit and sit and sit while they chat and text. That’s why your coffee sucks. But I mean, when you’re priority is looking hot and flirting for tips and not doing your job, what do you expect?
