We waited 25 minutes in line for a shake just to get to the counter to order and the guy said, ” Sorry, no shakes. When I said why didn’t you say anything you heard us talking about it why is there not a sign up saying no Shakes he said my boss will get mad if I say anything or put a sign up… There were people behind us that also waited forever and they were mad too. I hear this is nothing new and based on the 2.9 ratings I get it. Dear manager, let your employees put a sign up please… really.

Unfortunately they messed up on our order , I ordered 2 /3 chicken tenders with 2 small fries & 1 /5 piece chicken tender with large fry. Simple you would think. Nope they forgot the 1 of the chicken tenders and our fries were cold. Had to wait another 7-10 min to have to fix the order. Won’t be eating there again. Seems like the employe’s didn’t care .

Ordered a turkey burger and the bag ripped apart from the amount of grease the burgers were dripping. If you want to know how the beach tastes this might be a cheaper option than driving to the beach. Wait actually you might be better off driving to the beach since 2 burgers and 2 shakes cost over $60.

My first experience with Smashburger and had looked forward to trying them for some time. The burger is decent but nothing overly exciting. I got the classic double cheeseburger an order of fries and a shake. Nothing was exactly cheap and my order including a drink on top of the shake was over $24.00. The shake was the most disappointing. $6 for a shake in a small cup and it was filled to only about 2 and 1/2 in from the lid. I really felt ripped off. The shake was okay but not worth $6 in any stretch. I doubt I will return to this location or others that I may see in California. I realize prices may be a little higher here at Harrah’s resort but even a good size meal in the sit-down restaurant was under $20.

I stood in line for 30 minutes. The employees told me that I will be the last customer for the night, but what they didn’t tell me was that they were not selling shakes for the night. They pick and choose who they want to serve the shakes to. A sign was never put up stating that they stop selling shakes a hour before closing.

Yuk! Idk if it was just this location but it was the worse tasting burger I’ve ever had. I’ve actually had better frozen burgers from Costco & Sam’s club..tbh

I don’t understand why this place gets a bad rap. The food is good and the cashier lady thats there has been working there for at least 2 years and very friendly. The only problem is the prices are a bit high yet expected for a casino.
