What greeted me upon arrival was not the promise of a meal, but the unmistakable sense that cleanliness had long since abandoned the premises. The dining area felt neglected, as though it had been left to fend for itself, and the overall atmosphere did little to inspire confidence in what was to come.

Service, unfortunately, followed the same pattern. Staff moved with a kind of distracted indifference, offering neither attentiveness nor efficiency. Any expectation of hospitality quickly dissolved.

The food itself was the final disappointment. Portions were astonishingly small — more reminiscent of a tasting sample than a proper meal — yet priced as though they were crafted with rare ingredients and culinary artistry. Instead, what arrived was underwhelming, overpriced, and entirely forgettable. The imbalance between cost and quality bordered on absurd.

In the end, the experience felt less like dining and more like being shortchanged. It’s not a place I intend to revisit.

Unbelievable manager. At 8:15 2/16.
That guy needs to be fired. Also a Mexican chick that has some serious attitude. There was an African American girl was super nice almost couldn’t believe the polar opposites in employees. Signed up for their app because there was signs everywhere saying get a freak walk instantly. Went up to pay they said I couldn’t get the freak walk because their system wasn’t scanning and authorizing it for free for whatever reason. I told him to hook it up. It says on the sign I shouldn’t have to pay for it. He took a walk away and said I would’ve gave it to for free if I didn’t ask, which makes no sense to me. Came in with my 2 year old, his first time at chipotle and was excited to see his reaction. But just left my food and left without paying for a pay back of them being so disgusting to me. “If you didn’t ask for it for free, I would’ve gave it to you”. Bro, it says on your sign buddy. This foo must be miserable needing to power trip over guac. Felt bad for him.

Really disappointed with this bowl. The portion was super small and there were only a few tiny pieces of meat! Most of it was just rice and toppings. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. Chipotle used to be much better

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location today.

I placed an order through DoorDash for pickup. When I arrived, I stood there for quite a while and no one acknowledged me. The staff avoided eye contact and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I eventually had to walk up and ask before anyone checked on my order.

When the employee finally handed me my food, she let go before I had a proper grip, and the food fell to the floor. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to fix the situation. The whole interaction felt careless and unprofessional.

I’m usually a loyal Chipotle customer, which made this experience especially disappointing. Everyone deserves basic courtesy and respect.

If someone is unhappy doing this job, that’s understandable — but customers shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences of that.

WORST location. The emptiest bowl I’ve ever gotten from any Chipotle. Also, rice was undercooked, carne asada was stiff as hell. The staffs there were very stingy, I saw some other customers after me coming back to complain about how little they got as well.

Terrible. This is the type of portion you get if you order pickup or delivery. Not the first time it’s happened but I’m extra annoyed today so this gets reviewed. If you’re ordering delivery, it’d better to choose a different location. I guess it’s my own fault for not checking the location the delivery was coming from.

We also ordered a burrito that was wrong. They made it a bowl even though their own tickets clearly shows burrito. One bowl that should have guac doesn’t. One bowl that doesn’t have sour cream has sour cream.

I’ve been a regular Chipotle customer for years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff at this location were incredibly rude, careless, and completely unprofessional.

I ordered a veggie bowl and paid extra for corn and cheese, along with chips and salsa. Not only did they charge me for everything, but none of it was included in my bag. It honestly felt like the employee just stole those items from my order.

When I politely asked about the missing food, the staff acted like it was coming out of their own pocket — rolling eyes, being dismissive, and refusing to fix the issue. The bowl itself was half-empty, even though I was charged full price with extras.

And the manager wasn’t any better — completely indifferent, no apology, no effort to make things right. If this is how management behaves, it explains why the team feels they can treat customers this way.

It wasn’t even busy — there were no excuses. This is simply a lack of training, respect, and pride in their work.

I honestly hope Chipotle corporate sees this and re-trains the staff and manager at this location. Customers deserve honesty, fairness, and basic decency. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This Chipotle location demonstrates a serious lack of operational management and customer service standards. During my visit, the restaurant successively ran out of nearly every core menu item — first chicken, then white rice, and finally fajita vegetables — each shortage compounding an already frustrating experience as I waited over twenty minutes for staff to replenish what should be basic essentials. What made the experience worse was the employees’ indifference; not a single apology or acknowledgment was offered for the inconvenience. The disorganization and apathy displayed here reflect a complete disregard for both brand integrity and customer satisfaction. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to this poorly managed establishment.

The manager is a true joke. Not only does she treat her employees like trash but her customers too. Came in on 10/18 ordered a kids meal and for my side received frozen corn. After going back in and getting denied for a remake, the manager admitted to serving the corn knowing it was not “fully thawed”. While waiting for my refund she then proceeded to begin temperature checking all the ingredients outside of customer view. Not only that, but the store is extremely dirty, and all her employees look miserable.

Went in at 8pm to get a few bowls, they basically had nothing to serve, only barbacoa, beans and rice from the bottom of the container. That was literally it.

I asked the worker if there was more meat in the back, she said that there’s nothing on the grill and that chicken will be a 45 minute wait…

I just ended up leaving with nothing and went next door for food.
