Five stars because the team and the food are amazing! But for the people in the charge of the store? ZERO STARS. I know some managers have been there for YEARS and yet they make less money than they would if they walked into McDonald’s and just started. That’s PATHETIC. I have personally seen the employees running around and sweating and they do amazing. Plus, they have to put up with customers who are jerks! Plus, I see the hours have changed. Who wants a pizza for breakfast? And literally everything else around closes before Pizza Hut. I doubt they are busy at night as that is a terrible location to be open so late. And I’m sure you don’t want to pay overtime, right? THINK AGAIN. Speaking up for them because someone has to! The employees are not treated fairly!

Here’s my review and honest opinion about this establishment. This Pizza Hut hires employees who lack advanced training and exhibit poor hygiene practices, which I believe is detrimental to business, particularly in food handling. I highly encourage the owners or management of this establishment to exercise discernment when selecting employees.

Cheese sticks were burnt. The rest of the food tasted old pasta, made a week ago. Just disgusting . I couldn’t eat any.

Pizza cooked early and received cold. Had to warm at home. Not good, this location has given me poor quality food twice. Never again. The location in Centre (an additional 20 minutes away) provides a much better quality product.

The pizza was hot, tasted great, and the delivery girl was super nice. The only issue I had was the delivery time. They said it would take 30 minutes to make/be delivered. I waited almost an hour and a half before they delivered my pizza. Nobody bothered to notify me about the delay either. It was a huge inconvenience. They also had my number, so a call would’ve been great…

I’m no big fan of pizza nor do I care for Pizza Hut . My past experiences had caused me to drift away from them. My son had friends over yesterday and they wanted pizza. Dominoes to be exact but I wanted to drive somewhere closer to home. Arriving at Pizza Hut a young lady name Kristina was very pleasant and respectful to not only myself but others who came in. It appeared the store was short staffed however; she ran that store the back and the front of it . Kristina discussed options and deals that the company was advertising. Thank you for being so pay, helpful and respectful Kristina.
