Grey meat. We went there yesterday and got the plato mixto with added rice and beans. It smelled great. But, when we got it home and opend the pmate the meat was grey including the sausage. I’m not sure why it was grey and falling falling apart like it was grilled but then steamed. Tasted kinda old. They use to be really good. What happened??

The food was good but cold. I got a coffee with my food and only filled my cup halfway. When I got up to fill my cup halfway again, I was told coffees don’t have refills. I asked if I could use the restroom and was told it was out of service and then I saw an employee go in and use it after. Very rude.

I rate this place 0 stars. I had to select one star because I had to. I ordered from this place on Uber eats and the food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered flautas and the meat inside was super fried I couldn’t even take a bite. The rice that came with my plate was also super dry. We also ordered tacos and the meat was super dry with no flavor. I would NOT recommend this place. Everything was dry and gross! I will never order from here again. Beware!!! I even called the place to tell them what they served me and they just hung up on me.

Customer service was horrible. The food just barely edible. The food portion was a complete joke. They stuck 3 balls of onions on the plate and put the fajitas on top and said that was a big full serving. The huge onions with a little bit of meat on top. Chicken was overcooked dry and hard. I have been to other Regios this one so far is the absolute worst. They need new owners and definitely need new workers!!!
