We went in , both sandwiches wanted toasted and both cold still when we took a bit. The staff was friendly and helpful. But our food was not good. We didn’t even finish our 6 inch subs.

Walked in and there was no one around. Waited a couple of minutes and a young man came out and pepmisws to be right back. He took the order and bagged it, then excused himswlf to go wait on the customer behind me, leaving me standing at the register to wait wjile he prepared two other cuatomers orders. A a second employee came in from outside and finally rang my order up. I don’t know why there was only one employee in the store and kind of fwlt sorry for him. But why not finish waiting on the customer you were helpong before starting the next 2 and lwaving the first one waiting a second time?

My husband wanted subway while he was in the hospital. I ordered him a footling with ham/Mayo/cheese toasted. He received a turkey and cheese with no Mayo and on a 6in? I ordered a 6in with all the toppings.. they put all my toppings on the footlong. We literally threw them away they were so soggy. I’ve reached out to corporate because this was $18 that went in the trash. However I haven’t heard back. I guess they really don’t care. I won’t be back to this location, sad too because that same day I fed 3 kids from there and it’s right down the street.

This was the worst ever! Waited 40 min in line to then order 3 sandwiches that cost 41.00(medically, chicken bacon ranch, and roast beef)and literally all you could taste was bread! The tomatoes they use are Roma tomatoes=cheap! Which I wouldn’t mind BUT THEY WERE NOT FRESH! The sandwiches were awful so little of everything you couldn’t taste the meat or anything but bread. I’m done going here. Manager was rude last time we were here and this time the service and food was terrible. Good luck subway, your going down fast! Already closed the second store in town, your next.

I ordered 2 footings on the app. I asked for each sandwich to be cut in 3 pieces (it’s also printed on the receipt where I had requested it) they didn’t even cut them in two (they ran a knife through the top layer) the chicken bacon ranch had zero sauce on it (ranch and baja chipotle was requested) with two pieces of chicken on one side (no, it wasn’t on the other side). Both sandwiches were wrapped upside down and dumped in the paper before being wrapped- Huge mess. Not worth the amount we paid for this trash. If you order subway I would try the one downtown if at all possible.

Worst customer service ever. How rude! On top of being rude from the moment we walked in, this lady had people visiting her at work and stopped making our food to go have a conversation with them. Then she was all smiles and happy but the moment she stepped back behind the counter, it was rude, cold, impatient. Like we were taking up her time. We had patiently waited 10 min to even place our order! I’m sorry for interrupting your social outing, I thought they were there to tend to customers.

I placed an online order for a steak and CHEESE with green peppers and onions I received a sandwich of bread steak and sauce nothing else I called the restaurant and the staff were extremely rude to me! First a guy said he made my order and it was correct then I was given a giftcard number to call which does nothing so I called the restaurant back then a woman said she “watched her make my order” and it was correct and it clearly is NOT this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was given the giftcard number because they “couldn’t do refunds there” then by the second call the super rude lady could magically do a refund but just this once because “she watched the sandwich be made correctly” clearly it was not or I would not have been calling in the first place! They should 100 percent be ashamed of themselves calling them rude is the nicest way I can describe it!

Normally love stopping in to get a breakfast sandwich, Sunday morning I stopped by and waited past their opening time (8am) as listed online and on the door, but their sign never lit up and the door didn’t open. Finally gave up and had to drive down to Nowata to get my sandwich.

If I could do a negative issue would. We placed an order on the app for $33.19. We get there, and the lady is rude and belligerent. We show that they charged our card and no food. Go to the other subway. We have had nothing but trouble from this store for about 4 months.

Employees are always screaming at one another. Past two times I have gone the employees got in fights. They ignored us for like 7 or 8 minutes to fulfill online orders, made our food, lost one of the sandwiches somehow, gave us the wrong sandwich, burned our churro, then started fighting about “who screwed up my order”, and one saying “this is the 5th sandwich I have screwed up today, so this one isn’t my fault”. By the time they finished and we got our food my sandwich was cold and rock hard. Only good thing about this was the food was “edible”. Can’t imagine a worse customer experience if I tried. Between starving to death and going to this subway, it’d be a hard choice.
