Lightning fast service. The food will be hot and in your hands before you can even pay. The pork dishes are deliciously fatty. This place pleasantly surprised me!

I hate to do this but i feel like i was gaslit by all the reviews.

A. No greeting upon walk in. The gentlemen didnt seem upset or stressed, just didnt greet me upon entry and I had to make my order be know versus asked how I can be helped.
B. Chicken was not cooked upon order, its precooked and once you place your order, you get what they have.
C. Chicken was dry.
D. Rice was cold.
E. Sauce on the side is a lot thicker than the sauce used from the pot which makes me wonder why there is a difference.
F. Sauce on the side sits on a cardboard box and gets placed inside of food container on top of food.
G. Chef will cook the food from what i seen and the front counter person will prepare the food.

First and last time trying this place which is a shame because teriyaki is one of my favorite all time dishes. I was very disappointed. I had a few bites and honestly, I just put it to the side. I truly hope things improve and maybe give it one last try in the future.

It was our first visit to Seattle and we knew that Seattle teriyaki was a must trust. Trying to figure out where to get it from was a challenge. Asking locals led us here. First- the portions are HUGE. We could have split to meals for 4 of us. I jad the spicy chicken rice and I loved the flavor. When I come back to Seattle, I’ll definitely eat here again.

Our first restaurant in Seattle and I can say it’s also our favorite of all time. The owner is incredible and the friendliest we’ve ever met. Full of jokes and makes you feel like family, and it makes sense considering he’s been there 21 years. All that to say, this is some amazing teriyaki chicken for an amazing price. Don’t miss this place.

The chicken is a little dry and bland compared to others but the cabbage slaw is awesome. Eat the chicken together with the slaw for a great bite.

Skip the boiled frozen dumplings.

We ordered delivery from Yoshino Teriyaki through Door Dash. We had the Chicken Teriyaki Yakisoba and Chicken Teriyaki Rice with a side of gyoza.

My son LOVED this meal. He said it was his favorite on our entire Seattle trip (we ate out 2 times a day for 6 days) so that says something. I enjoyed it as well. It was flavorful Teriyaki.

Got the spicy chicken teriyaki, wasn’t spicy at all. The chicken was nice and tender however and the sauce had a unique sweetness. That being said I do like a bit more char on my teriyaki and there was a deeper richness in the sauce I was missing.

Keeping it simple, the spicy chicken teriyaki is a must try for anyone that likes Japanese chicken over rice food. The sauce really stands out with the flavor, have had this same platter 3x

I’ve tried three dishes here. They have all been fantastic! Everything is well executed. Chicken is tender, with most of the excess fat trimmed off. Rice is moist, not wet. Noodles have a toothy-chewy texture, not overcooked. Coleslaw has just a bit of crunch… you get the idea.

This place serves simple food fast and cooked right, at a reasonable price. I will be back.

Teriyaki chicken
Curry chicken w/ potatoes and carrots (Wednesday only)
Spicy chicken yakisoba

Someone commented about the owner saying not to use grubhub and similar — I ordered through an app once and he said not to do that because the apps increase the menu prices (outside of his control). He said it will be cheaper for me if I just call ahead next time (because he will only charge the menu price). I think he was just trying to be helpful.
