There are some who would say it’s the crust you should put your trust in, so have a slice or 20 while watching the big game on the tube. We’re proud to conjure up pleasantries in your mind or stomach. It’s the very reason we’ve been slingin’ dough for friends and family since 1984. We fancy ourselves a REAL pizza joint, combining great atmosphere and mouth-watering eats. We make our hand-tossed dough at least twice a day, every day. We make our sauce daily from scratch and hand-cut all our fresh vegetables. Then we top it off with fresh, quality meats & cheeses and serve it up hot from the oven. It’s the little details that make the difference between something you like and something that’s worthy of being called your favorite.

The restaurant was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and the pricing was decent. I was so disappointed in the quality of the pizza. I ordered the pizza of the month, “the wingman.” I took one bite before I had to fix it. For some reason I couldn’t even taste the wing sauce or blue cheese. And it was sweet????? The photos will say it all …… I just wish I got a picture of when it came out. It literally looked like Shrimp Alfredo on a pizza. 1st pic is what the pizza should have come out like. Might have even tasted the wing sauce. 2nd pic literally looks like a pizza with no sauce or white sauce. Certainly not Buffalo!! Anyway there’s a homeless man and his dog that are enjoying it right now (maybe)

Everything about Double Dave’s was 5 stars: the customer service, the quality and taste of the food, and the delivery. I had no issues with their online ordering (as mentioned in other reviews) and was able to find a coupon on their website for a great deal on two large pizzas for delivery on a Friday, and I recommend checking for their daily coupon to see what the special is. For even just a simple 1-topping pizza, Double Dave’s has successfully achieved the impossible by creating the perfect ratio of toppings to crust. My two teenage sons and I were really impressed with the flavor! This is now our favorite pizza place.

Such a treat to have at Arbor Trails. Great decor and service is fast and friendly and the food is fresh and piping hot. I like the pepperoni rolls deal on Tuesday and overall this is one of my favorite pizza places in Austin.

We cut Double Dave’s some slack during covid when the pepperoni in our pepperoni rolls was almost non-existent. They were basically dry pizza dough. We decided to try the pepperoni rolls again. Same terrible food…there were barely any slices of pepperoni and NO cheese rolled up into a wad of bread. Yuck! The poor quality is the only consistent thing at DD. This used to be a great restaurant years ago. There are too many great food choices in Austin, do not waste your money or time here.

I never leave reviews for anything, and I frequent double Dave’s a lot. But I went Thursday June 26th around 8-9pm and it was genuinely the best service I’ve ever got there (not that it’s ever bad) and I have no clue how to articulate it but my pizza rolls were on another level of heavenly

So I came here on my lunch break to grab some rolls and I was asking the cashier about the rolls since they’re 1.50 on Tuesday and here comes the supervisor I guess (bald white guy) literally hollering over the girl being rude about the question I asked. I’m not sure what his issue was but that was not okay he made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the other customers. The girl also had a shitty demeanor didn’t tell me what the wait time was or nothing just walked away. I’m never coming to this location again.
