LaMina has the best chicken tacos to me. I hate super watery chicken on tacos because it makes everything soggy and I’m a texture person. But these chicken tacos have the right amount of flavor and juice! The staff is always friendly and thy always cook the tacos to order. The lady in thr back doesn’t wear gloves within cooking the tacos. It’s not a huge deal but it does make me raise my eyebrows a bit. The customer service is always great. We visit here often and the people are always nice. Overall great tacos spot!

I love the food here. My fiance and I have been searching for a great taco place in the Joliet Crest Hill area and this is finally it! Great friendly service. I can tell they have a lot of regulars everytime I go in to pick up my order. Key notes: fresh ingredients, great flavors and perfect tortillas. Make this your go to spot when your in the mood for authentic Mexican flavors.

Great food, meat is seasoned well and has a nice flavor. The hand made corn tortilla is a great touch. Order took a long time to make. I’m okay with that just need to bear in mind if you are in a hurry to eat. (Keep in mind this was during a dinner rush) I will definitely be coming back.

Love love love this place the food is amazing nothing I have had on the menu disappoints. The homemade tortillas are to die for! The staff is amazing as well helped me in the beginning when I first started trying different options than tacos! Amazing homemade chorizo will not get it anywhere else!

Great small place to stop and get some great tacos or an amazing torta. The corn tortillas are hand made as you order. The staff is pleasant and always ready to help, but sometimes their English is a little rough (completely understandable). Both the hot and mild salsas are delicious (I just wish you got more for a to-go order, but if you ask you’ll get more).
One gripe I do have is I wish the place was more clean looking. Sometimes you can get a bit of a messy table if you dine in and it’s busy. Also, it’s an open kitchen so you can see if the cook accidentally pressed your tortilla without a glove on.
Overall, this place is great and I will continue to go on an almost weekly basis.
