My family tried Bella Napoli Pizza/ Pasta recently. It’s an authentic Italian family restaurant, who are very kind people. We first ordered the garlic knots that were freshly baked and homemade, absolutely delicious except for the side of sauce that came with it… disgusting. It tastes like plain tomato sauce without any seasoning…this awful sauce ruined the experience with the garlic knots, especially for $16.99. Then we had a decent NY style pizza, (sauce still bland ) and an Al Pacino chicken and greens dinner with a side of wedding soup. The Al Pacino dinner was wonderful, I loved it and the portion was great. The wedding soup, on the other hand, was awful. It was greasy, sour, and the Italian greens tasted slimy. Just yuk. My great grandmother came from Italy and made wedding soup all the time… What you’re making is a poor imitation of wedding soup. Your prices are too high to sell this quality of food. The garlic knots are high quality but you pair them with sauce that is low quality, makes no sense. Your pizza dough is high quality but your sauce is again, low quality. If you revamped your sauce you’d have food worth the price you want.

If I have nothing nice to say, I don’t post reviews. However, dinning here last night was such an awesome experience. The owners were so nice and friendly, service was quick and the food tasted so fresh and amazing. I ate over half of the NYS pizza it was that good and my wife had pasta and salad which were amazing. High quality food and service. Folks are great that run this place. High recommend. Grazie a tutti! Motlo bene!

We had mixed reviews of Bella Napoli. The look and feel of this place is on point. Very nice people. We were given a tasty treat while we waited. I think that was the best thing we had, oh and the garlic roll and cheesecake. The veal in the veal parm was great but surprisingly we didn’t like the sauce very much. We did have the food back at our hotel room, so we didn’t get to eat it fresh and hot. Give it a try for yourself.

Amazing homemade Italian food! It’s self service, so go up to the counter and order . If you want to eat there, order at the counter and sit down. The thick style pizza was amazing. It had cheese baked into the crust. The cavatelli and meatballs was great, and it came with a salad and a roll.

This restaurant has some wonderful Italian meals to choose from & wonderful pizza as well. If you live that thin crust New York style then this place is a must try. They have several different options for the crust. I love their lasagna! Meatballs are also a great addition to any order; they are fantastic!

Bella Napoli’s in Canfield, Ohio is my favorite pizza place in the entire country. My old favorite was the Napolitano, but now the Nonna pizza is absolutely incredible. Every bite had a new flavor that blew me away. Their food is the best of the best, their people are amazing, and their service is second to none. Truly unforgettable! We are so blessed to have Bella Napoli’s in our area for great food, but most of all, great people.

Is it so rare in today’s world to be greeted , even if at times from the kitchen, by the owner and or family! The food, service and people are amazing! I am 62 years old and can honestly say that the owner and team are one of only a handful of restaurants I’ve gone to where you’re treated like family and they care more about quality and the customer’s experience than I ever could! Lastly, my daughter who was in town from Miami could not stop talking about our lunch experience! Thank you all so much!

I was on the bike trail and not feeling very well so I looked for the first food place I could find and I stumbled on this place. I didn’t have enough money but they serviced me anyway with a smile. Best people best place best food ever. The lady at the counter reminded me of my mom. I’ll definitely return glad I found this place. .the sandwich was out of this world so good. Thank you again.
