This is happening too often. Only twice have I taken photos. When you’ve been working all day and don’t feel like cooking and also have little ones to feed, you don’t need to be getting this. This used to never happen, was the best Papa John’s around but there must have been some changes in staffing or management cause this would have never happened before. I don’t know whats wrong but do better.

Just received an undercooked pizza. One side of the pizza was thicker than the other side and was not cooked evenly. I’m glad my child didnt eat the thicker slices. The dough was still stretchy. Very disappointing.

I love Papa John’s no matter who says what. This has been my favorite pizza since 1998 and it’s tradition for certain occasions. My order is always delivered in a fair amount of time and the food is always hot and fresh.

I have been a customer for 10+ years at this location, before it was in this location. Management changes almost every 6 months to a year. Service is okay. I never see them use the hand washing sink between using the dirty cash register, answering the phone, waiting on customers and preparing food. I have commented on this several times. Sometimes hair is contained most times not. I have had hair in my pizza couple of times. Pizzas lately not great though. Thrown together with sparse toppings less cheese than ever. Overall okay just depends on the day and time. Or how important customer service is to whomever is in management at the time.

This is my go to Papa John’s. They are fast, friendly, and customer service is great. It is close and I know if I order online and they say 15 minutes, that is the time it will be done.
It is clean and they have one bench for waiting. That is usually for the walk in orders or a Friday or Saturday night at their busiest time.
The pizza always has enough of everything on it, never looks skimpy, and if you put special directions they are followed.
I recommend the Works, but my son loves a pepperoni, and every now and then we get one with just meat.

This used to be the worst Papa Johns in the world, in the past months it has become one of the best I’ve ever had. The man who is always working here seems to be working very hard to produce a quality product and give good customer service. Keep up the great work!
