I’m not a big fan of the bar scene, but there was a section as you first walked in that was away from the bar area. The food was great, and the server was very kind and informative. I had the Philly sandwich, and hubby had the wet burrito,we shared the mushrooms. They were frozen and deep fried but really good with a little ranch.

This place had great food the wait was a bit long we were the only people in the dining room so that was a little shocking. However the food was amazing. Had the chop steak and the chicken breast. One thing I did not like about it was the dining room is just off of the bar and they allow people to smoke in the bar so the dining room get smoke in it so it’s a bit stinky. You do have to have an ID it is for 21 and older individuals. If you’re driving by and you have enough time this is a good little place to try a little hole in the wall.

Relaxed, easy going atmosphere, good drinks, great service. They had karaoke set up last time I was there, I’m not sure if they have it everyday. Staff and other customers were friendly. There’s a pool table and a juke box, also. I would definitely go back. 🙂 face masks required unless seated.

Great dive bar. Food is outstanding, I have tried the burgers and fish, loved them both. Wish they had something else to offer besides their applesauce, coleslaw (which I thought just tasted like raw cabbage) or cottage cheese as sides. Very nice atmosphere, friendly place. No parking for big trucks.

I loved the burger and the FRESH potato chips! I didn’t have the burrito but it looked delicious and very large. The staff was friendly and the environment was decent. No kids allowed though.

Hands down this was the ABSOLUTE WORST fish I have ever been served in my life! And that is no under statement!! Me and my husband had ordered two Fish Dinner’s and two pops, my bill was over $40 which I of course paid for although it was very hard to do! But when I tell you that we actually left our to go boxes on our table, that’s exactly what we did. Our server had actually yelled to us as we were walking out that we left our boxes and all of our food, which we quickly replied that we were ok! From my whole meal I literally ate my cup of soup(which actually wasn’t to bad to be honest. Without a doubt the best part of the meal, well the only good part of the meal really!!), I took a bite out of my hush puppy, which was completely raw and mushy in the center, one bite of fish, and maybe 3-4 french fries. I honestly don’t do a lot of these reviews for Google unless I feel very strongly about the place, whether it be great or in this case not so much… but I had to share my experience with this specific establishment! Take it from me and save your time, your money, and the disappointment when it comes to eating here!!

Bizarre experience. My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch, approached the bar and were told “someone is sitting there.” Okay, we’ll sit at a table. We were then asked to show ID, even though we weren’t ordering drinks, okay, it’s a bar we understand. But then we were told we “don’t look like” our IDs. We have different hair styles in our IDs, but frequently go to bars and have NEVER had this issue anywhere else. We are 25+ and don’t look like children. Pretty sure they just did not want us there. We had to leave. Recommend the Chicory Cafe btw for lunch and coffee, and they also serve alcohol. This is not even a “cafe.”
