Biscuit has a black spot which is mold. Was told that they would replace it. I asked for my money back and the management team argued with me that it wasn’t mold called me “honey” in a condescending tone. Awful service and an awful way to try and “fix” the situation. Won’t be back.

This place is right down the way from our house. The weekday morning staff is the best. We usually go through the drive thru with my 2 large puppies that also love the Borounds. The order is always fresh and correct and always super fast!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience at Bojangles
I was really let down during my last visit. The chicken biscuit tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. What really concerned me, though, was the lack of basic food safety practices I noticed while waiting for my order. No one behind the counter wore gloves when serving food, scooping fries, or putting meals together. I also didn’t see anyone washing their hands before handling food.
It made me question how clean the kitchen area might be. I love Bojangles normally, but this location really needs to improve its hygiene and freshness standards—I won’t be coming back until it does.

Very clean. Service was very good. They said “Have a nice day” to everyone who left. Nice touch. That goes a long way. You can tell this place is managed well. Food was fresh. I would recommend this place for sure.

This will be the last time I eat from this establishment. Last week was about the same thing with the sepremes meals we ordered. We chose the 8 piece family meal tonight. The chicken was good. The biscuits were just barley done. I’d rather have them this was than rock hard and burnt. My complaint really comes with the 2 sides that we ordered. There was a hard and dry spot in the potatoes. Not sure if something fell into them or it was just old food. The dirty rice was almost the consistency of the potatoes. It was overcooked. If the price is going to go up the quality of the food shouldn’t go down. Also it just so happened that I didn’t get a survey on this purchase either.

I was given the wrong food not once but twice,and the people behind the counter were very rude! All except this one precious young girl that was working the drive thru window, I didn’t get her name but she was the only one trying to help us. I just think with times being as hard as they are to spend your money on food, then not even get it.

Great food. Prices are a bit high on most stuff now though. But sometimes it’s worth it. Right now, 6/28/2025, they have a deal of 6 bird dogs for $15.00, which isn’t bad. They also have the “breakfast bo-rito” which is $4.49, but it’s a pretty good size. Much larger than I expected. Also very good. so it’s actually worth the price, in my opinion. My biggest issue is that they’ve changed the drive through ordering to an AI that you talk with instead of an actual person. I don’t really like that but it seems to work well enough on getting the order correct. Better at voice recognition than most voice recognition software I’ve used in the past. Also, try the watermelon iced tea. If you like watermelon and tea, you’ll love it. Just make sure you stir it before you try it, or you’ll end up with most of the watermelon flavor at the bottom of the cup at the end. Little strong that way.

If you go to the here ask for the cashier issac, he gave me a five peice meal for free, but when you ask for him he scowl’s at you and stared dangerously into your soul, but you get used to it after about 3 minutes because his eyes start spinning after 30 seconds, this pertains to all staff. I live in the apartments behind the bojangles, he comes over sometimes and possesses my car we’re chill like that, this also pertains to all the staff.

Less a criticism of the location itself and more of the chain’s recent practices in shrinking their food sizes. Being a local I’ve eaten here hundreds of times over the years, they have good days and bad days like you’d expect at any fast food joint. What I have to call attention to are the new chicken “Supremes” these things should be called Minis. They’re not even three inches long. $10 for five of them and one side is insulting. I understand food prices are up everywhere. Increase the price of your meals, that’s fine, don’t do that AND shrink the product.

I was first served a cold grilled chicken biscuit and after informing the female manager on duty and asking for a fresh biscuit she rolled her eyes and snatched the biscuit out of my hands and then proceeded to serve me an undercooked and slimy doughy biscuit, serving undercooked chicken is dangerous and a doughy slimy biscuit is disgusting, I will never buy from this particular franchise again, BEWARE the management of this establishment allows for unsafe serving practices of food stay away if you do not wish to get food poisoning and beyond terrible customer service.
