$24.50 for a burnt pizza! This is the second (and now last) time I’ve ordered from here — first one a few months back was EXTREMELY salty and the second arrived inedible (unless you like burnt pizza ♂️)… took over an hour to arrive and now I have to wait for another 45min for a replacement…

I ordered a large 1/2 deluxe, 1/2 pepperoni and an order of breadsticks. It took an hour to arrive. The pizza was a grease pit. Soggy crust, lukewarm. The breadsticks were doughy and clearly not done. I’ve been ordering from Ron’s for over 20 years and this order is by far THE WORST EVER! $36 thrown in the trash.

Used to have a five star I had to edit my rating. The food is terrific, but the customer service from this location is horrible. It’s a roll the dice whether or not they’ll even answer the phone some nights if it’s anywhere near closing time within 45 minutes they stop answering the phone supposedly closes at 10, but here I am calling at 9:23 and they will not answer the phone call back two or three times no answer no nothing, the bad thing is I’ve made friends with Ron by my house in Moraine and is actually closer to my business, but I cannot order from them even though they stay open later and do a slightly better job on the food which is both terrific but landlocked and any customers outside Their zone

The Santa Fe pizza was great, however it took a considerable longer time at this location to get our order. Also observed an employee who was answering the phone and making pizzas without wearing gloves or sanitizing hands in between .

One large pizza with 2 toppings just costed me 25 dollors before tip. Love this place but with this price gouging I’m never going back. I couldn’t imagine how much it would cost for a whole family considering this is just my pizza. At dominos you can get a pizza and a order or breadsticks for less then that.

The deluxe pizza was absolutely delicious. We replaced the red pimentos with black olives (because someone in the family does not like red pimentos). There was the perfect amount of toppings, spread evenly throughout the pizza.

I ordered a family size pizza and found a hair in it under the cheese I called to complain still had the whole entire pizza and was told they could not refund my money I ask to talk to owner was told they was on vacation I ask when they would be back I was told they had no idea this is very bad business especially considering I had the whole pizza I would not recommend anyone to eat here was handled in a very unprofessional manner
