We were wanting to try an Indian spot for dinner and chose this one. We had a great time from the second we walked in to the end of our meal. The waitress was so kind and helpful especially since we had our baby daughter with us, with a highchair and asking if we needed anything, helping us order different meals and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was DELICIOUS, all the flavors were there and authentic. The food came out quick and we really enjoyed every meal, especially the garlic naan! We would for sure come again.

Up until a few weeks ago, Bombay Grill was a solid option for Indian cuisine in Bay Ridge. Today, either because of new management, or very confused current management, I had a terrible experience. First of all, everything has gone up by more or less a full dollar. Second, the person I was with ordered biryani, a fried rice dish, and was served with a 2 ounce kids portion. We genuinely wondered if he had ordered a side dish; he did not. He paid 16 dollars for it. The Indian restaurant Taj Mahal in between 73rd and 74th on 3rd avenue is much better and cheaper, Bombay Masala on 72nd and 3rd is also great. Please don’t go to Bombay Grill!

Went here with my girlfriend and it was the perfect spot for a low ambience, relaxed vibe. The food was great, full of flavor and well prepared. The staff were incredibly attentive and quick, which made the experience even better. Customer service was on point from start to finish. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

The Food was amazing!! Every bite was a burst of flavor in our mouths. Absolutely thrilled with the food. We ordered so much we had leftovers for the next day and they reheated very well. The service was really good. Our waiter was very attentive. There was a family having dinner with 3 small children and they were very loud and that’s the only reason I’m giving the atmosphere 4 instead of 5, the place was very nicely decorated for the holidays and otherwise a very nice place to have dinner. There were 2 other couples having dinner and everyone seemed to be having a great night.

Mohammed is an amazing server! He was so attentive and made our experience fantastic. The food is amazing. I usually order take out, but I highly recommend coming to eat inside the restaurant just to chat with Mohammed! 11/10 service. New favorite spot.

Do not listen to the negative reviews. It kept me away too for a while. What a mistake. Amazing delicious food, friendly staff. You are seated and treated while waiting for the food to arrive, which is fresh and tastes wonderful. One of the best Indian food I ever had.
