I had the chicken chilaquiles with two sunny-side-up eggs and mild green salsa, and they did not disappoint. The flavors were on point — the chips tasted freshly fried and had the perfect texture: not too crunchy, not too soggy. Just right. The green salsa had great flavor without being overpowering, and the eggs were cooked perfectly to complement the dish.

they still gave me a refund knowing I was right i decided to at least try their expensive nasty wanna be Cafe de holla the nastiest taste in the world… also called my Mexican mom and she automatically said this is the nastiest food she tried and it’s expensive and nasty I trust my mom’s experience 100% don’t buy here ask your Mexican buddies or family where the spots are ♥️ happy holidays anyone reading this

The Mexican food here is great! I usually order the cheese enchiladas with all rice (no beans) or with potatoes. I add a bunch of toppings, including sour cream, cilantro, pico de gallo, mild red or mild green salsa, and onions. Sometimes I like to add a side of guacamole, especially when they have it fresh! The entire meal comes with chips, which I hope they continue to offer complimentary!

Los Chilaquiles has the best chilaquiles I have tasted outside of the homemade ones me and my family make. They have a variety of Mexican food, toppings, sides, & salsas, but we always get the chilaquiles because they are delicious. The staff are great, quick, and give suggestions if you ask. Prices are fair and food is good quality and authentic. My only complaint is that the seating area is too warm, but they have seating outside which tends to be shaded and fresh. Absolutely love this place.

We randomly picked this place because we wanted Mexican food but with breakfast I come to find out that there was not a lot of breakfast options but after I selected the level of spiciness that I wanted along with some carnitas and some over medium eggs this plate was to die for. This location is in a very random shopping location which I would never have turned my head to look but I’m glad we made this choice because any other chilaquiles that I eat I will always compare it to that first dish I tried here. I’m from El Paso Texas and this is the closest to homemade Mexican food that you’re going to eat in this side of California.
