I decided to give this place a try. Ordered delivery. The lady that answered the phone was very nice. She said food would arrive in 40 minutes. It arrived just on time…. Now the food. OMG!! The food was EVERYTHING. Their crab rangoon is so fluffy and tasty. Combination fried rice is perfect. Teriyaki chicken on a stick was so meaty and delicious, not dry at all. Salt pepper shrimp was not too salty, lightly breaded and just heavenly. The orange chicken was zesty and flavorful. I had to try both of their egg rolls and even tho they are a bit smaller than other places, they are so savory, the size didn’t matter. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY. You will not be disappointed. I ordered for 6 people, the total was $61 and we had leftovers.

Just realized this place was on the way home from work, so we ordered some food today. I wish I would of took pics of the food, but we ate as soon as we got home. The food was great. We will definitely be going back. The noodles were cooked just right and not oily. The meat was tender and the fried rice was very tasty.

I love this place. I have been coming here for years. When Dee took over she hit the ground running. She is always so nice and I have zero complaints about the food, it is great. These people that give bad reviews must not be getting special treatment like they did before. I am not related or personal friends with the owners. I feel lucky to have them available to me!

I feel bamboozled!! I thought this place was affiliated, in some way with J’s Peapod…NOT EVEN CLOSE. I ordered the chicken wings and a small egg foo young. The wings were very disappointing.
They were flavorless, partially raw and fried in old oil. The egg foo young was flavorless. This was my first time calling a restaurant about their food but I really had to.
The woman on the phone was very nice and asked for a picture of the wings, after reviewing she offered me a free item or store credit. I decided to get another item and chose the shrimp egg rolls…THEY WERE WORST!!! This was my first and last time with D’s Peapob.

Menu is great. I came to this location multiple times. Had no problems with food. Yesterday I ordered sea food fried rice and while eating I found big peace of clear plastic bag all melted and looking disgusting if I could I would give it minus million star review

The person in front was friendly she just felt like she was in a hurry,.it said 15% off because of the grand opening but didn’t get the discount… food was sub par..not like original J’s..if that’s what your expecting then let me tell you this is The Temu version…just travel to Lansing location by the airport they are way better!! I Was very disappointed with the food.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I had this was supposed to be exactly like Js Peapod, it is definitely not. The food did not taste the same. Will not order again. Also, way too expensive for it not to taste good.
