I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings To Go and had a great experience. The food was ready fast and everything was packed neatly so nothing spilled or got soggy.
Ryan, one of the workers, made the visit even better. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct before I left. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and the service.
The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The fries were fresh and still crunchy when I got home. Everything tasted exactly how Buffalo Wild Wings should.
Overall, great service and great food. Ryan really stood out and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings To Go location.

Horrible experience. I ordered delivery from here multiple times since they opened. Everything was fine until recent. The last two orders I placed they have delivered my order and forgot to place the large fries. The first time it was placed they only offered a credit and since it was part of a bundle was only a few bucks. I ordered for my family, not giving fries is a big part, giving me money back does nothing, they offered to send an additional large fry on my next order. Then I ordered yesterday and they forgot the large fries AGAIN. I called and they offered me the same or to come by to pick it up. If picking up was an option I wouldn’t have paid for delivery. I explained that this was not good enough and the manager a female, just apologized and again offered a credit. I’m sorry but I work in customer service and this is no way to treat a loyal customer who has been ordering since they opened. This is how you lose business in a society where businesses are closing. Very sad that they didn’t do anything else. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I have been passing this place for a while now and finally decided to give it a try. It was delicious! The burger was fresh and hot as was the chicken wrap. The cashier was super friendly. There were a lot of people coming in out and picking up orders and everyone was greeted nicely when they picked up their food. Was not cheap like fast food like I thought it would be but was very worth it as the portion sizes are a lot more substantial and filling than fast food. Definitely would return.

This place is horrible. Its a “To Go” place and they cant even get a simple order correct? Come on. How do you not add carrots and celery to the order? How is there no dipping sauce? Is there ANY quality control? Where is the manager? Sitting in the back sleeping when he should be supervising? I will NEVER go back to this location again and I tell anyone who does, make sure you check your order before you leave. I wish I didn’t forget to. I went in, the place is freezing. Did they ever hear of heat? Its no wonder my wings tasted like they came out of the fridge. Not even warm. Be warned!!!
