I don’t ever get Burger King but last night I wanted something different. So, I gave it a chance… Only to find a very long blonde hair in my food and it was pretty obvious that the blonde working there was the culprit. Spent $27 on two meals just to be sick to my stomach.

This burger king is Managed correctly, it is clean, friendly and food is hot off the press. The overall experience was very good, and they were busy when we arrived which waiting for a lunch was a little but longer but the food was hot like my spouse likes which is why they got 5 stars for food. I also think they do try to keep the restaurant area clean bc they had caution signs out, cuz it has been raining every day, and nice to see they dont need a slip and fall.

Just left the drive-through. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese combo. Paid over a dollar upgrade to get a Coke instead of coffee. Hashbrowns were not ready. So I had to wait. Did not receive a drink. Very disappointed in this location. Called back to inform them that they forgot the drink. I’m all the way at work with no drink for my meal. And the only thing they can do is count me a soda when I return. Absolutely outrageous!

I visit Burger King infrequently, but when I do, it’s the north Deland location….was here yesterday, my Burger was cooked to order since I asked for plain, my drink wasn’t overloaded with ice, I love that they have a freestyle soda machine, and the staff was great!

Came in to grab something quick and familiar and I think that was the problem. While the food took a bit to be prepped, I assumed that the food would be fresh and warm but that was not the case. Drove about to 2 minutes from the location and by the time I sat down to eat the food wasn’t even lukewarm. Doesn’t help when the sandwiches are very messy and done with a heavy hand for the mustard. The chicken fries were different from what I’ve had before with a much more airy interior and less crispy exterior. Didn’t help that they ran out of soda choices and napkins either. Maybe just bad timing on what they had available but overall disappointing.

I ordered a combo meal and one of the items was missing. I also ordered a side of onion rings and they were soggy. They also forgot my sauce. This was my first time at this store and more than likely will be my last. Why is the simplest things the hardest for some people?

We were in the drive-through for 30 minutes or more just for our order to get taken, and there was only three cars in the drive-through and the car in front of us was still waiting at the window for their food by the time we left finally somebody takes our order And I ordered one thing and then I waited like another five minutes to order another thing and then I ordered three SpongeBob meals and the guy goes oh my God and turns off his mic and doesn’t answer us And we were saying hello and not one word he was so rude and disrespectful, we just left with no food and If you don’t like your job, you should not work there no wonder why you guys have a two point something rating because you guys have horrible workers and don’t even deserve a two point star rating, Mind you as I was waiting in the drive-through for 30 minutes or more. There was cars behind me waiting even Longer and the line kept piling up because whoever was taking orders was not taking orders, and I was not the only car that left. There was multiple cars that left in anger. And mind you I never go to Burger King and this is the first time in a long time that I went to Burger King because of the Christmas parade and there is no line So my family decided to go to Burger King to get some food after the Christmas parade And it was horrible, and this is exactly why I don’t go to Burger King Especially this location and whoever took orders last night needs to get fired Which was 11-06-2025 at 8:00 PM Even people that went inside the lobby, walked out with no food and was mad sooner or later with the employees you guys have, they will be the reason you guys get shut down.

This Burger King is consistently the best one I’ve ever been to! Food is always cooked perfectly and served courteously and happily. My family and I drive an extra 30 minutes out of our way to go to this particular Burger King cuz we know it’s always great.

My online order was ready to pick up when I arrived. The food was fine— standard Burger King fare. I made a number of adjustments to my Whopper, and the instructions were followed perfectly. I’d recommend ordering from the Burger King app because you can always get a few dollars off.

Absolute worst BK I have been to yet. Not only was my food cold, the guy taking my order in the drive thru was extremely RUDE and got mad when I had to correct my order for my child. He was huffing and puffing in the headset pissed off because of this. I would take the extra time to drive to the next BK or a different restaurant! The oil was old and the food looks like it has been sitting around for hours
