I got the boneless chicken and it was the WORST thing I’ve ever tasted! It tasted like you would imagine cardboard would taste! I asked if they had any dipping sauce and they said they don’t give that out, but it’s in the picture on their website! Also, the picture of the boneless chicken looked big and plump and delicious, but the one that I got was flat & hard- hard to bite/chew, and it had absolutely zero flavor! I had planned on dining-in, and my waitress was very polite/good, but there was another lady standing behind the bar that was not friendly, didn’t look up- zero help- and she seemed like she knew more than the girl that was waiting on me because my waitress had to keep asking her questions. But did she offer to help or say one word to me? No, She just kept doing whatever she was focused on. Since I couldn’t eat my food, I just paid for it and they packed it to-go. When I got home, I tried to give it to my cat, and my cat wouldn’t even touch it! And he LOVES chicken! But it didn’t have any resemblance to check to him either I guess! So I tried to give it to my friend‘s dogs, and they wouldn’t eat it either! And If that wasn’t bad enough, I paid a LOT for it! It was $17.49 for 10 pieces of what looked and tasted like hockey pucks! And with the $3 tip, It was $20.49! I will never go back!!!

Im a big fan of Bonchon chicken strips at most locations. Not sure if they switched at all locations but the strips here are nowhere near up to the bonchon I’m used to. Got 10 strips here and they looked like some factory frozen strips that were extremely uniform, which for a fried chicken location is truly bad.

Bonchon delivers on its signature Korean fried chicken—crispy, flavorful, and freshly glazed to order. The garlic soy and spicy wings are standouts, and the sides like kimchi and potstickers round out the meal nicely. Service is friendly, though it can be slow during busy hours.
The vibe is casual and family-friendly, with soft music and a clean dining area. It’s not a fast food joint, but it’s great for a relaxed lunch or dinner with bold flavors.
If you’re craving something crunchy and different, Bonchon hits the spot without breaking the bank.

Pretty dope spot. Nice atmosphere good staff, service was a tad bit lacking due to the fact that they were running only one server. Food was really good. I had of course chicken (boneless) and two orders of the rice. Definitely worth giving a shot if you’re in the mood for something tasty with a upbeat atmosphere. Great place for a bite with friends

It’s always nice eating the fries whenever I go there, definitely something to try out! Aside from that, the server was nice & sweet.

Went in for lunch, nice atmosphere, clean and chilly…but it was a hot day so no complaints. The spicy chicken and beef bulgogi bibimbap was simmering in its stone bowl and delicious. The soft and tender pork buns were melt in your mouth goodness. Service was prompt. Highly recommend.

I do not like the fact that the japchae did not indicate on the menu if it was her cold or warm I personally like cold and so was a surprise to me when it was warm and I would have been okay with it warm if it was well seasoned and flavored but it was neither and it tasted plain.
The pork belly buns were awesome I could have had two plates of that.
They also perfected the zucchini fries where the batter after it is fried is still stuck on the zucchini.
The soju strawberry was awesome – very sweet and the alcohol kicks you / gives you a buzz within minutes I do recommend for it’s very addicting – maybe that’s why it comes with a shot glass?!. LOL
The tuna bitmap was okay and nothing special.
The kimchi was good.
I personally opted not to have the chicken wings since I think that’s a Korean street food and that the sauces is what it makes it sooo good.
Service was very good. The metal chairs made this horrible sound similar to that feeling when someone drags their nails on chalkboard but only when you’re moving it or adjusting your chair. The scraping sound against the the floor – made me cringe. I do wish that for their bench chairs had more cushion for the tushion, cuz I don’t think it’s very comfortable sitting on a wooden flat bench.

First and last to this restaurant. Was planning to order Jollibee for my kids but the restaurant were not located on Hammer Ln anymore, so I thought I’ll give this restaurant a try. Turn out I can’t believe that I pay $93 for 4 items. I will attached some photos if I can. The fries were so little along with the meat and cheese that were added on it and it cost me $13.99. I’m so disappointed. Besides that the chicken that I order was a mixed large I think it was 15 wings and the wing was hecka tiny thinking it was the whole wings like KFC but nope they were those tiny piece of the wing and the drumstick were mixed I forgot how many pieces but if I’m not wrong maybe 6 pieces of drumstick and they (3) regular size ones and (3) tiny ones. Can you believe it? $41 for the chicken pieces? ♀️ ♀️
Also order the Katsu $15? and the Tteokbokki $14 and did not taste good at all according to my girls. I can’t think of what I’ve order and this cost me $93. I’ll be calling my brother to send me my receipt since it was left on the bag and I’ll be calling the store. Next time always check your receipt or have them repeat your order before paying. It was my false for rushing and didn’t check on my receipt and didn’t check on the foods just have the kids eat n enjoy n check later and thinking why do I pay so much and the portion is so tiny not worth it.

If you think you’ve had great chicken wings but haven’t eaten here, you are wrong. Their wings are next level. They are so crispy. I got half/half (spicy & soy garlic). Both are delicious. The spicy had me crying but I couldn’t stop eating them.
