My husband and I stopped in for a quick drink while passing through town. We waited 5–10 minutes at the counter while employees saw us but did not acknowledge or assist us. Two employees walked to the back instead of taking our order. We ended up leaving without being helped. Very disappointing service.

Maybe you would not forget food. A pattie for two burgers and a whole burger if you was not worried about your nose ring and flirting with guys up front. come here all the time for breakfast won’t be back, man working the window yelled at me “can I help you” (cause i didn’t realize i had everything i needed & was sitting at the window still) with extreme attitude, i stated to him in the moment before i drove of why did you say it to me like that you didn’t need the tone. ugly response and there were no cars behind me waiting.

Went through the drive-thru and could not hear the guy in the Drive-Thru had to go around to the window and then still couldn’t hear him because he doesn’t know how to speak up. I even turned my truck off and STILL couldn’t hear him. He was a punk. Knowing he talks to his friends louder than he was at the drive thru. He also doesn’t seem to understand what you’re ordering so you have to go over it with him four times or more. I also requested everything be cooked fresh and I got cold fries. AND he didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t claim my points

Pay close attention to what you say you want and what they ring up, I specifically asked for a large drink drink with my meal and they put small in the system, I didn’t notice it before I paid, not paying attention was my fault granted, but the rudness of the store manager who was the one who rang me up, when I asked about it was uncalled for, no attempts to upgrade my drink were offered, I wasn’t asking for anything free, all they said was “well, you only paid for a small!”in a snide voice, and walks away. I took my food and left, and will never go back to that jack in the box again.

We stood there waiting for someone to come take our order, the cook just ignored us while the other guy was on his phone at the window, he looked back at us 3 times and proceeded to stay at the window and take their order- then got back to his phone and no one came to help us so we left. Do better guys, customers are waiting.

I heard bad things about this chain BUT i loved it. The burger was fresh and juicy lettuce super crisp mustard on point. Fries where crispy but a little salty. Loved it though. Couldnt believe it was so quiet!! Go Double Texas Burger. No5

Of all the places I pick up orders from in the Woodlands, this is my favorite. Staff is awesome and always friendly. They even let me fill up with water when I come in. Great people! I make it a point to come back when I take a break and purchase some food. It is always hot and fresh and always tastes great. EVERY Jaxk in the Box should be like this one! Don’t get salads here they are old. I guess they just change the stickers date. I ordered southwest salad today and the lettuce was brown and beans moldy. With today’s date. There is no way they made the salad today. Another complaint i have is that they barely gave any chicken and it’s cold. I had already take off some brown lettuce on this pic because i wasn’t thinking about posting a review. I’m just not coming back to this location, i usually go every week for burritos and egg rolls.
