A uniquely Idahoan restaurant serving incredible fries, original sauces, an array of hand-crafted seasonings, juicy burgers, and more! Whether you’re searching for a quick, healthy meal option, or want to grab a beer and sit for a while, we’ve got you covered. We love fries, and thought french fries deserved their shot as the feature dish. BFC sources the finest and freshest potatoes available from Kings Crown Organic Farms in Idaho. All of our potatoes are fried in natural oil, and are served unsalted so you get to choose from any of our homemade seasonings and dipping sauces. In an effort to make our entire process green, fresh, and sustainable, we use all-natural, local, and organic products. We have a kids menu and vegan options too!

SO DANG GOOD!! We had family in town and decided to take them to experience Boise Fry, and it did not disappoint! They were a little busy but food was fast and fresh! There was a good amount of seating and could definitely accommodate a larger group (we had 6 with us, but the table could have sat a few more). LOVE all of the sauces and seasonings! Jalapeno Ranch is always by go to!

Wow, wow, wow!!!! This place is amazing!!! We came here on a recommendation from some friends and men, were they spot on! The fries were so good. My wife got the Wagyu Cheesegurger with Golden Potato Shoestring Fries and I got the Poutine!!! There were several different sauces too choose from to do your fruits in, my wife lived the Jalapeño Ranch and the Garlic Aioli. She even tried a Maple Marshmallow Creme sauce that was really yummy!! We’ll definitely be back for more!!! We went to the W. Chinden Blvd. location. Great staff, great atmosphere, and great value for the product!!

The burger was cooked perfectly. You can choose your fry. Reds, golden, russet, or sweet. I would definitely eat here again. I got a grilled cheese for my grandson with shoe string golds. Delicious.

I went here for a Celiac safe meal, and if you have celiac you understand gluten free isn’t enough; according cross contamination during food prep is just as important. I went in with the usual questions I ask to gauge whether I’ll feel safe eating here and I couldn’t even get them all out. The staff JUST KNEW. And cared. I rarely get to eat out safely but had no GI issues after and the food was delicious. They also had options for other food allergies.

I tried the truffle fries and they were absolutely delicious. The garlic aioli sauce they have was the perfect pairing, and made them even better.

This is one of my favorite places to take out of town guests. It’s right around the corner from our house, and we go WAY too often. But I can’t stay away. Fries are incredible, and you’ve never seen such a crazy variety of potatoes!!!!!!
