Genuinely don’t know how you can mess up two salads and a large Pizza, but sure enough they did.
Zero marinara sauce on the pizza.
One salad was filled with the toppings, and the other salad wasn’t even half full and hardly any toppings at the bottom, looked like someone ate half of the other salad for lunch? $40 later for this? Absolutely ridiculous. Putting together a pizza and making two salads is not rocket science.

I bought one of those keto pizzas. It came in a small tray which I expected but they barely covered the bottom. It cost more then the pizza I also bought and only fed one person. I have bought this before and it use to be filled up to half almost full. I recommend not buying it. The pizza was ok.

Called to place order,was on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave up. I don’t know what happened but apparently a new owner cause not near the service or quality as use to be. I waited for 50 minutes a month ago for my order. That use to never happen. Workers were joking and screwing around and no adult on shift what so ever. Drove by on way to get Pizza at Pizza Hut and not 1 car or person at Murphy’s. Can see out of business before long if no management.

Had a friend pick up my order and bake for movie night with friends. When I got there they had given a smaller pizza and not the family size. I called and had to take the baked pizza back to them so they could replace with the correct size. So, now after 8 p.m. and starting the baking process over. Don’t know if I expected more than just a sorry but very inconvenient.

For the last few times I’ve ordered pizza from Baker City’s Papa Murphys the toppings are scarce. I ordered extra toppings but did not receive them. It looked less than what a normal order used to be. They need to go back to weighing the toppings. These kids are just throwing a few things on and calling it good. The owner needs to start caring about how the store is being run! I’m going to stop giving them my business if it doesn’t improve.

I see I’m not the first one who has had issues with customer service. Waited at drive through for 5 min while employee chatted with the person in front of me. No biggie, I like a friendly cashier. When I got to the window she closed it in my face with zero acknowledgment. I waited patiently for about 7 minutes before I attempted to waive down assistance while 3 employees chatted amongst themselves. There was a single person in the store so “busy” wasn’t the problem. After 10 minutes one of the girls finally opened the window and was rude and unapologetic. It’s really unfortunate because we actually enjoy the pizza but we will be taking a break from bad service for a bit.
