Worst waffle house experience of my life. waited 20 minutes after sitting to even be acknowledged. Waiter finally took our order AFTER taking the order of two other groups who got there far after us. We were never given silverware (had to go behind the counter and take them ourselves). we were also not given drinks until asking for them again right when we were leaving, received most of our food, but NO waffles, (the whole reason we went) and the waiter proceeds to tell us it will be a LONG wait, while the people at the table sat behind us were served 4+ waffles and drinks fairly soon after arriving, (which they got there 15+ minutes AFTER US). We ended up not paying for the waffle, taking our drinks to go and leaving. THERE WERE SEVERAL WAFFLES SITTING BEHIND THE COUNTER TOO. this is a waffle house, and it wasn’t even super busy, two empty tables (dirty but empty) a little busy sure, but not busy enough to completely forget about us and serve other guests.

Went there mid-day on Christmas. The place was packed but the service kept moving along. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and the food tasted like a Waffle House.

Absolutely pathetic service from Ava. The meals came within a reasonable time however, one was short the bacon the other was short the sausage others were short toast and jelly, and it took nearly 20 minutes to get a waffle. She never one time looked at us ask us what we could want. I walked up three times and confronted her to ask for things and she looked at me like I was bothering her and not to mention that there was only about four people in the restaurant. I would advise Ava to look into another line of work as Customer Service is not for her. Again, absolutely pathetic, probably some of the worst service I’ve had you know she could at least smiled one time.

I went and was craving a steak and the cook solis cooked me the best steak I have ate in years this guys deserves a raise for his great cooking I had to order not just one but two thank you for the great service. We got caught in the ice storm with 40+mph winds while camping. It was so nice to be able to eat a hot breakfast inside. The staff was friendly even though it was packed inside. Parking lot is very tight and not enough spots for the day. But we were happy, they even gave us some sausage patties for our pup.
