I ordered the seafood meal with the 2 crab cakes, fried clams, and shrimp with fries. I guess being it was almost time do close they gave me whatever the had left. I didn’t get any clams or shrimp. They gave me a bunch of red beans and rice and threw 2 crab cakes on top. Who in the hell eats crab cakes with red beans and rice. Will never order again.

Absolutely no complaints. The oxtail was hot, SO tender and the gravy was good. Both the mac & cheese and candied yams, could’ve been a little hotter, but were good and paired well with the oxtail. The young lady at the counter was pleasant & professional. And the restaurant seemed clean (note: I didn’t stay to eat, I just sat down to wait for my food). This plate was a little under $20 and was well worth it.

I’ve given this place way too many chances because when the food is good, it’s really good. But it’s been super inconsistent for me. Some visits are great and others are a total miss, and that makes it hard to keep coming back.
The wait times have been frustrating too. I’ve shown up at the exact pickup time they gave me, the place will be completely dead, and I’ll still end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes. That’s happened more than once. Portion sizes have also varied depending on the day.
Service hasn’t always felt very welcoming, which doesn’t help. I really wanted to love this spot, but after multiple tries, I think I’m done giving it another shot.

I bought 2 fish sandwiches and side order of macaroni salad. They only give 2 pieces (1 fish) which was salty and dry and I’ve tasted better macaroni salad from the grocery store. I asked for tarter and hot sauce and was told no hot sauce and given packs of tartar. I was very disappointed and will not be going there again.

Everything is fresh and made to order so If you are lacking in the time or patience department please do yourself a favor and call in your order 20-30 min ahead of time.

I am from DC metropolitan area. We have plenty of Caribbean food to choose from here. I drive to Dover DE for my Jamaican food now.

I ordered the jerk chicken and a chicken roti. I enjoyed the roti I just wish it was the larger size, the flavor was great but the portion was smaller than the average size roti. I will return when I’m in the area.

Everything was tasty. Was full of flavor. Wasn’t piping hot the way I like it. Almost always warm. Which sucks! Also for $14.99 for Oxtails, 5 of them is unacceptable with all that warm gravy. But very yummy. The employees, well the one guy was very rude. They are rude when you place orders. Talk to you like you have no worth. Its not welcoming at all. But the food is good. Timing is also ridiculous lately.

Worst food I’ve ever had. I couldn’t finish the meal even after spending $30. Jerk chicken didn’t taste like jerk. It looked like its oven baked. The rice was rough and they pour so much sauce on it.Would never step foot in this place again. In the word of my friend, “even a dog wouldn’t eat this food.” Also, my cabbage tasted old.Customer service could’ve been better. If you don’t have what someone ordered and they weren’t made aware,you’re supposed to accommodate them by offering them something for the inconvenience.

I was so excited about finding this place right off the highway. Just enough room to park my rig off this side shoulder. The food is delicious, fresh and the seasoning is in every bite. I even got complimented my banana pudding for being my first time . Chris is a great salesman and has great customer services . Any time I’m driving through here I will be stopping by‼️

Was at the Mighty Kamm Band Pre-Fathers Day concert & dinner. Food was excellent & service was very good as well. That fried chicken, fried whiting & collard greens was the business!
