I came to 3 peppers and saw a new burger spot. burgers with Attitude is a winner! Staff is super friendly, burgers are AMAZING. They have some special sauces worth a try also. Highly recommended!

First of all , I am not the type of person to post food reviews but after dining here last week I felt intrigued enough to post some of my thoughts! My wife and I frequent downtown Fort Myers and have always thought the area needed more food options and this is a welcomed addition ! The artwork inside the restaurant is phenomenal as well! The staff was surprisingly well trained and very knowledgeable of the menu even in its first week of operation! I ordered the Double patty burger with bacon jam and spicy ketchup (EXCELLENT ) ! The burgers were juicy and plentiful! I also thoroughly enjoyed their fries dipped in their signature “ATTITUDE” sauce !!! This is a perfect spot for lunch before drinks with friends and a late night option as well ! I will be returning!

A DELICIOUS smash burger to enjoy in a beautiful courtyard, at a good price! What more do you need? The burger is always so flavorful and on point, and the fries have a flavor that remind me of checkers! Don’t forget their special spicy sauce on the burger. All around so good!

The burgers were excellent, made to order and prepared quickly! The staff was very friendly. Soda machine didn’t seem to mix the syrup all the way in, but I’m sure it’s just a quick fix. Overall enjoyable experience and great stop for a quick lunch in a very busy area.

the burger was fresh and it tasted good. i like how the cheese is melted on the top. they offer a lot of toppings, but some are diced instead of sliced, making your burger potentially very messy.
the seasoned fries were stale, like they had been under the heat lamp for some time.
the attitude sauce was good.
nothing really stood out to make it an incredible or unique experience. the price is about the same at a burger joint without the wait time.

Came here for the high rating and found it was not deserved. The burger was cold, which was horrible—felt like eating a packed lunch that sat in your bag for half a day. The pepper jelly was underwhelming. Was fast and reasonably priced, which is why there is two stars and not one.
Update – the district manager spoke with me and was a great guy. He got all the details of our experience to address it. I’ve updated my review to 4 stars as a result, and I would definitely go back for a hot burger.

Ok so boom I love burgers. I like to try different places burgers and I just search places and try em out. I live in Downtown Ft Myers. So when I saw B.W.A pop up i was like “nice” it’s less than 5 minutes away. So boom I start doing a little research. I find out it’s located at 3 pepper burrito. Not going to lie I rock with 3 pepper burrito. They better than Chipotle with friendlier prices. But I was skeptical as well doing my research. But when I saw they were doing smash burgers it was a win for me. But what intrigued me was the prices honestly. They got their own names, but a a single patty cheeseburger start out at 7.50 with the toppings. Then as they varied into different variations the burgers went to like 8.50 maybe 9 but im pretty sure it was 8.50. Not bad when a Big Mac is like 6 bucks now and we not gonna address burgerking cause they charge for cheese. Anyway, I drive down town. They got new parking meters so you can’t just pay the meter. You gotta download a app or go to this machine an enter your license plate. I ain’t been downtown in a minute. That was trash. But back to the story. What dope is the signs to separate 3 pepper from Burgers With Authority. So you go to the left when you go to B.W.A. then they got a TV that show the menu and a self ordering Kiosk. Which to me was dope. Cause lots of major chains be having them machines and I be annoyed with em. But B.W.A. was smooth. Their menu is straight forward with editing options. Ok I know this is long. But to the food. This ish is 5 guys at a better price word to my mother. I was gonna get a single Bacon cheese burger with fries/drink for…but I told yall you can customize the burger from the kiosk. Added a pattyfor 2.50 extra. So a double bacon cheese with fries and a drink ran me 15 bucks. But honestly the extra patty was me eating with my eyes. Ate half the burger and wrapped it up for when I finish drinking. OK so to the food quality. Like I said this literally like 5 guys burgers. We know 5 guys is good but they Hella overpriced. Only issue I had was they put WAY TOO much seasoning on the burger like it was overly peppered, ain’t nothing wrong with pepper but that amount almost made it spicy. But not like good spanish/indian spicy feel me? But I countered it with a little more ketchup and mayonnaise. There was a lack of sauce so it felt dry. But the taste and quality was 5 Guys imo. You cam get 2 burgers and 2 fries in comparison to 5 guys and that was my immediate thought. If you try it I’d say just grab a Single cheese burger 7.50, tell em light on the seasoning, add a fry for 3. Skip the drink if you taking it home. 10.50 plus tax you’ll be happy. And I never wrote a review for a place

Very satisfying experience!! We were greeted promptly by a friendly and helpful young woman. Lots of choices for burger toppings. Both the beef and veggie burgers were tasty. Comfortable and clean dining space.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in person. We waited for our takeout order for 30 minutes and then told the staff. The manager on duty (manages both Burgers with Attitude and Three Peppers) was told and realized they never printed the ticket. He proceeded to ignore our group, and made other customer’s burgers first (the other customers came in, ordered, and ate while we were still waiting). The manager went to the back leaving the only other employee to fend for herself while our burger was still not made. Finally after asking for a third time, the burger was brought out after what seemed like an eternity with no apology or explanation. We asked to see the manager and he said okay, but then proceeded to fumble around in the back for another five minutes, and we had already waited long enough, so we left. Realistically the meal should’ve been free with an apology. There’s no excuse. Terrible customer service experience considering how great the food was.

Stumbled across Burgers With Attitude when I visited 3 pepper to get a burrito. I couldn’t help but order from BWA after smelling someone walk by with their two patty “married” option. The burger was Just as good as it smelled, and the service was even better! Highly recommend giving the habanero pepper jam a try. All the burger toppings are super fresh just like you get with 3 pepper. And get this, my burger came out in less than 5 minutes! If you’re into great burgers, this place is a must-visit.
