They don’t speak a lick of English but DAMN do they know they way around a kitchen and plate.

Pulled up otw home from out the city. I have an hour drive and I do not feel like I’ll have the bandwidth to cook tonight. Got half chicken with two sides and MAAM, Abuela in the back knows how to throw together an amazing dinner.

No excessive wait, efficiency and a good meal. It’s now the go to when I don’t feel like cooking

Went on a walk with my wife and baby up Carrol Ave, and we stopped in to use the bathroom. This place is advertised as a bakery and grilled chicken. Before we even stepped foot inside we could smell the mouthwatering aroma of grilled chicken!

Since we only stopped into use the bathroom, I wanted to buy a snack. At $2.50 each, a couple tamales is what I ordered. There was a really sweet lady who greeted me, took my order, packed up my tamales, and settled the bill. The food is setup hot bar style a la Panda Express. So, you can see what you’re getting before you order. All the food looks amazing. I don’t know what was going on previous years, but this place looks to be overflowing with delicious food. The atmosphere inside is kind of dim, and the bakery section near the entrance doesn’t look as delicious as the hot bar. With a brighter atmosphere, and spruced up bakery section this place would easily be 5 stars! Keep in mind, I only ate tamales, but they were some of the best I’ve had, and I’ve had them a lot in different cities. The tamale was moist, well flavored, and the chicken was even moist and juicy! We’ll definitely be returning, to try the chicken and perhaps a few other things. I’ll try to take pictures as well.

I’ve been to the restaurant a few times and I have gotten over 10 different items and each one has not disappointed. I love how fresh the food is it’s always delicious and how the kitchen is front facing which is nice to see all the food before your eyes. Highly recommend to check it out Support small business owners.

Veryyy unsanitary! DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a stake and cheese one day just to see the cook in the back touching the meat and cheeses with her bare hands! Sooo disgusting. She even touched the fridge to get the bread bun out and touched that with her bare hands too! You can see the cook touching everything ! Just nasty.

Love their lengua ( beef tongue ) tacos made fresh to order. We’ve tried tongue tacos from one other place in Langley Park and these were definitely superior. We don’t bother getting anything else from here because these tongue tacos made BFFs with our taste buds and in all the years we’ve been coming here, we’ve never had a bad experience.

I ordered 1/4 of chicken and rice with fries. I’m the type of person that loves chicken, but they’re chicken had no flavor and it was cold when I got it. The fries were very bad as well. It seems like the frying oil has been used for a way long period. The fries tasted like burned oil. The food was just plain nasty. Never coming back !!!!!! .
LA COMIDA ESTA HORRIBLE EN ESTE LUGAR!!!
