This was hands down the WORST meal I have ever ordered off of Door Dash. This is apparently located inside our local Chilis in Appleton, WI. I absolutely love Chili’s food. I have never had a bad meal there, it is one of my favorite restaurants so I was excited to try the wings. There was so much fat on the wings that 75% of them were not edible… period. The skin was not crispy but mushy. Fries were over seasoned, cold, and soggy. Door Dash refunded me $15 for an order over $54, and there is no number listed to contact anyone from Its Just Wings. The number listed is an automated machine that tells you this is not a working number. Absolute waste of my money. Very disappointing.

Not sure why so many people are negative about this place? I thought it was WAY better than BWW. I ordered the boneless wings and they weren’t drowning in sauce like other places. Dry rubs were awesome, could have been more, but it was my first time ordering so I know to ask for extra next time. Prices are decent, but being only a “to go” restaurant, you also have to add on the tip and “fees” for 3rd party delivery. Then on top of that having to deal with the horrendous Door Dash?! They don’t even keep food warm in their cars nor care how long it takes to get you the food. They hire anyone with a car and very unprofessional business! Fries were soggy and cold. I think if the owner took the time to invest in a decent delivery driver and made it a priority to deliver the “freshly” fried food themselves, the reviews would be more positive. LOVE the ranch too

Tried to order from the it’s just wings website for the Applewood, CO location, but the order was sent to Appleton, WI. It took more than 45 minutes to cancel and refund the order. When attempting to reorder from the correct location the option to place an order was no longer available. Terrible website with no contact information and horrible customer service when contacting door dash, the manager at the Appleton, WI location was able to refund the order after teaching himself how to navigate the billing system for door dash at his business. What a despicable situation to deal with when you’re hungry!

I saw the negative reviews and thought they were probably a little harsh, so decided to give IJW a try. The wings weren’t awful, but definitely not as good as what you would get from BWW for the same money. Or, if you want the best wings in Appleton, try The Bar or Wooden Nickel. We paid almost $100 for four people. The sauces weren’t anything special, there were WAY too many (cold) fries, and, as others have pointed out, the wings were greasy didn’t have the crispy broiler finish I would give them at home. The boneless wings my wife ordered didn’t seem to have enough sauce to begin with. Hard pass on these repackaged Chili’s wings.

Took 2 hours for delivery even though at time of order was told 20 minutes. Bone-in wings are breaded…..wings shouldn’t be breaded…..ever. My wings were not worth the wait. For a specialty place calling themselves “Just Wings”, they really need to go back to the basics and keep it simple. Pricing needs some work too. Expensive compared to others.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Food is overcooked, gooey, and had no flavor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Gave me and my family and instant stomach ache. If you do order from this place make sure to like my comment to warn others.
