Ordered grilled chicken deluxe meal and a grilled chicken meal and a 10 piece chicken strips and did not receive any of the sauces I requested at the pull up , no straws, no napkins. Just outright poor service at the window. The young man that took my order was super professional and nice even read my order and sauces back to me, just really disappointed for my family there was no sauces that add so much more to the meal. Oh well things happen, I had great service before but tonight was really disappointing.

By far my favorite Chick-Fil-A location in the area. I come here at least once a week for lunch using mobile order/mobile drive through. The food is always good and the service is exceptionally fast. I don’t understand all the negative reviews, to be honest. Based on the experiences I’ve had here…I wish more Chick-Fil-A’s were set up like this one. Great job!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this new Chick-fil-A location. I visited at 2:30 PM on a Wednesday, well outside of the lunch rush, and was the only person in line.
The employee assigned to take orders was on his phone for several minutes and did not acknowledge me at all. When he finally came over, he giggled throughout the interaction and appeared disengaged (probably high). The wait time was unreasonable given there were few customers.
To make matters worse, my chicken was undercooked, and I had to wait for it to be made. That is unacceptable from a brand known for consistency and food safety.
I had high expectations, but this experience does not reflect the Chick-fil-A standard at all. I truly hope management and corporate address the staffing and training issues at this location, because right now it risks damaging the brand’s reputation.

I’ve gave this restaurant 2 chances and ended up disappointed both times. I won’t give them a third. Never had issues with chick fil a until this opening. Need staff who cares about the quality of food and customer experience!

Very poorly designed layout. Mobile line might have two or three cars in it while the drive up line has 20 and yet you’ll still get stuck waiting for other cars to get their orders for 10 minutes before you can leave after you have received your own order which winds up getting cold because you’re sitting there waiting on others in front to receive their orders and leave. The design concept is just laughable. The one in Oakley isn’t much better but this one is just weird.

Definitely the worst CFA I’ve been to, but only because of the store layout. No lobby, parking spots for walk up blocked with cones on one side. Staff DOES NOT want you coming to the window to order and they make it known. They should have just made it a delivery-only store.

I try to give this Location a chance but the mobile line is a joke. I’ve sat and watch someone pull in the mobile line and placed their order in line while me and three other cars were behind them. Then we had to sit for like 15 mins in line with our food while they let that same car stay in the front line blocking us to leave out. Why not tell that person to pull up? So rude to the people who actually, follow the rules

worst chick fil a i’ve probably ever been too. Such a confusing drive thru for no reason so many traffic cones the parking lot is bigger than the building itself. No inside eating area which is odd. long line 1 drive thru (not counting the most confusing mobile order line) and food wasn’t even good 1 star

The girl in the drive-through
Her name was Maria, according to the receipt was on the phone with somebody who was using profanity and saying inappropriate things while she was working. Very unprofessional. The guy who brought the food out was very polite and Great customer service skills.
