Worst experience with any delivery service I’ve had. All thanks to Miguel “District Manager” and that is in quotes because if that was true, which i HIGHLY doubt, was the biggest joke of the year!! I scheduled an order 3 hours before. Twenty minutes before the delivery time, on the app it showed it was out of the oven. Delivery time came and still no change. Ten minutes later I called and the guy who introduced himself as Miguel District Manager said it was already sent and the delivery Driver had “a lot” of deliveries to make. I said I did not want a cold hard pizza since it had been half an hour since out the oven, and he only said “there is nothing else I can do, if you are dissatisfied then send it back when you receive it and I will process a refund.” Half an hour happened… again I called because now it had been an hour since the pizza had been out. “You didnt give me enough time to tell you what I could do to make up for it, but now im not going to do it. Go ahead and report me. I have better customers than you to help.” And he hangs up… Ridiculous doesn’t begin to describe it. An attitude like that… either he lied about being a District Manager or Dominoes was being stupid with the decision of promoting him. No way I am getting cold hard food from there again and questioning from any Domino’s if this is who they have working there.

Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 breads, and 4 sauces for my family after driving 7 hours through a blizzard to get to here. When delivered I only got 1 of the pizzas. I called to ask for a replacement pizza to which I was told it was in the oven and would be to me as soon as possible. I then realized I only got the 2 sauces so I tried calling back. I was left on hold for 13 minutes until I called from my wife’s phone and Miguel answered immediately. I told him I was just trying to let him know about the sauces and he just laughed at me and directed my call to the customer service line. Now 2 hours later the replacement pizza is still stuck at “checking it over” before the delivery part. Absolutely ridiculous. This place should be shut down for the amount of terrible customer service they have. So now they have stolen from me as I did not receive what I payed for.

I’m really disappointed with our recent order because it ended up affecting our child’s birthday party. We ordered six pizzas for our guests, but only four were delivered. When we called, we were told the other two would be sent right away. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until almost two hours later, long after everyone had already been waiting.
Because of this, we didn’t have enough food for all of our guests during the party. People felt awkward eating, thinking we didn’t order enough, and it put us in a really uncomfortable situation.

Asked the nice lady working there if she could make my son an among us pizza. Not only did she do it, but it looked amazing! She said it was no problem at all. I would definitely recommend stopping by (when it’s not busy) and getting a custom pizza for no extra charge!!

I did not appreciate having the manager of dominos pizza eat the pizza of two of the most helpless 87 year old senior citizens. My sister placed an order for my elderly parents and it was for pick up. My 87 year old father who stopped by to pick up the pizza didn’t realize that the manager and or staff had been eating his pizza that he had been given and as he reached the house he would later find out. When I stopped by at home my parents were upset at the fact that they had been duped not only was the order wrong but it’s a half eaten pizza, my sister tried calling dominoes they wouldn’t pick up then I tried calling myself and I hear the manager telling the worker to hang up the phone on me as I was explaining the problem with order. After that I took matters into my own hands. As I showed up at dominos I see a tattooed Manger maybe also Latino anyway so I tried to talk to him and instead of correcting the problem he was giggling like a little school GIRL, UNPLEASANT and UPROFESSIONAL . I GAVE HIM A PIECE OF MY MIND. FIRE him. Oh and I DONT NEED PERMISSION TO RECORD anything on my phone. I HAVE HIM ON VIDEO. HERES A PICTURE. ALSO GOT MY REFUND. 24 YEARS MY DAD CAME TO THIS PLACE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! this was on January 5 2024.

Worst Domino’s I have ever encountered. While ordering the gentleman gives me the total which is $30 more than it should be. When I questioned if he applied the coupons I mentioned when I ordered he said he had to get a manager to add them. The manager and I could not figure out why it was still $9 more than what the app said. So he was just going to charge me extra and not say a thing. Then the order comes 30 mins after eta. Then it arrives and the boneless chicken pieces are a joke. I have never seen smaller pieces. I call to question and he replies “yes we pull the chicken chunks apart”. Dominos boneless pieces have never been this small. And then I find 12 sauces in my bag that I didn’t order, well now I know where the extra $9 came from. They offered no resolution or apology. HORRIBLE SERVICE
