Food isn’t as advertised, paid 22$ for a family meal that barely fed two, door was locked with customers and workers inside several hours before close and took close to 10 mins for a worker to open the door where she then said “What do YOU want?” In a sparky tone. Workers weren’t accommodating at all, food wasn’t that great, fries were cold, and the wait time was forever even though it was ordered online. Taco Bell part isn’t much better, Baha Blast and food tastes unusual. Never coming to this god awful location again

ordered kfc through the mobile app and i went in to pick it up, the worker with a beard thought i was a dasher and made a replacement because they’re out of fries and said to me “if the customers complain, he’ll handle it but hope they don’t to make it easier on everyone” with an attitude. i get it’s hard to work in a fast food place and running out of popular menu items but talking to a CUSTOMER thinking they’re a dasher is so disrespectful. do better truly

Doors were locked and I went through the drive thru. I was told to go up front. Then the lady up front opened the door to tell me to go to the drive thru. Wrong drink but everything else is fine, standard Richmond KFC quality.

was told that i can ONLY get my pickup order by coming inside- after waiting several minutes in the drive through. i wouldn’t have an issue with that except i only chose drive through so i wouldn’t have to take my baby out of the car. she ended up crying almost the whole way home because i couldn’t just go through the drive through.

Staff was rude to customers. Customer was hard of hearing the staff member did not care. Other staff in the back was yelling at each other. Long wait for food when customers after us ordered and received food before us.

Stopped here to take my lunch with my big semi truck, he says me go on drive through, I said him, can’t go on drive through with semi truck, he don’t care, for them truck drivers is not humans! Interesting, who will bring you the food with this attitude!

Filthy! The soda machine was nasty, had black gunk in the drain tray and around buttons, several tasted like carbonation. Dining area had not been cleaned. Booths were black at the bottoms near floor and had rips. Every glass surface had hand prints, smears. Walls the same way. Glanced in the kitchen and there was trash and food all over the floors. Nuggets and fries were cold. Cinnamon twist tasted like chemicals!!! Returned the cinnamon twist and they offered 3 cinnamon buns to replace them. On every door there was a No Refund post. (They must have a lot of refund requests?) I do have to say the person who took my order and the one who gave me sauce packets were very polite.

absolutely terrible!! after trying to overcharge me 9.19 for a 7 dollar 3 piece tenders (caught that) they were out of honey mustard sauce and had to wait 15 minutes 1 car in front me he waited also then no silverware to eat mashed potatoes with the tenders were rubber threw whole order in 1st trash can I found I try this place once a year to see if they improve and since opened they haven’t failed to disappoint me at least there consistently terrible maybe next year I would give it 0 stars if possible go elsewhere, anywhere else

This was my 10 dollar 3 chicken strips meal . It looked like a kids meal. For 10 bucks and that’s what you get…. Each chicken strips was 2 bites each if I took tiny bites. I complained and got nothing but shrugged shoulders. Never going back for that again.
