My reason for two stars is that I watched an employee come in from a smoke break with her cigarette ( not lit ) cupped in her hand. The proceeded to wait on people without stopping to wash or sanitize her hands. This can be really off-putting to customers like me that don’t smoke. It’s the lack of handwashing that made me decide not to order that day. Normally I enjoy going to Taco Bell.

I ordered online. They were rude from the get go. I ordered my food and two of the things I ordered were wrong and I didn’t even receive three more things I ordered. They said I didn’t get the cheesy toasted chalupas or whatever because they’re about to close so they gave me regular bland small chalupas. I didnt receive l black beans and rice. Nacho chips. Cilantro and onions. The hot sauce. All of which I was charged for. They told me to come back and get it in the morning and I said that’s inconvenient and he hung up on me. Poor customer service. Poor food prep and overall disgusting professionalism.i would’ve left no stars at all but you can’t post it unless you do

Terrible customer service, food sucks. Definitely not a go-to when I need quick service “fast food” A bunch of weed-heads sitting around doing nothing outside and they run in smelling like weed trying to serve you without washing their hands. Go see for yourself. It’s a club not a restaurant. Look into this, the need to remove this eye sore from the city.

Food quality is what you expect at any Taco Bell or fast food chain. However, the service on some days/shifts can leave you feeling like you have just created the most impossible order or you are completely interrupting their personal time on the clock. Seriously, is it too painful to smile and pretend you like your job??? Remember it’s not what you say it’s how you say it and a smile can go a very long way!!!

The service has been great. We went here late one weekend night. There were no long lines at the drive- through and our order was correct. Im upset with the chain in general because they have removed some of Taco Bell’s signature dishes from the menu like the taco salad and the grilled XXL burritos. When we go here now our selections are very limited and I’m not a big fan of Taco Bell anymore because of this. They also supposedly sell breakfast however they do not open till 10am??? Almost lunch time for us.

I understand that a fast food restaurant can be busy but when you have more than enough workers that can do a job really fast they should do it. With my experience here most of the workers weren’t doing their job and they had bad customer service. I waited for nearly half an hour just to order and another half hour just to get my food. I am very displeased.

The lady at the window was very nice and apologetic about the wait. Even went and helped make our food while we waited. I have no idea what kind of problems they were having. Maybe something was broke down. It pays to be nice because if it wasn’t for Tanya I would have left 1 star
