Service was very very slow. Pizza tasted like store-bought freezer pizza. Asked for thick crust we’ve got thin crust and it was burnt and took about an hour to receive one Pizza. Absolutely ridiculous had no taste. Service was horrible and very slow. Do not recommend and I would never come back here again.

I grew up going to the West Street location all my childhood! Fat Jack’s Pizza is something that is I must have one visiting Lima. This is my first time at this location but the young lady that waited on us was awesome and the pizza did not disappoint! Very likely will be my last time in Lima for a long time if ever and I’m glad I ended it here!

First time at Fat Jack’s and we loved it! Kaylee was our server and was spot on during our visit. Very friendly and took care of us like family. The pizza was perfect! Loved, loved, loved the crust and sauce. The only thing lacking was atmosphere. The inside was very basic and was disappointing. But, I’m about the food and service and it was top notch!

Not as great as it use to be. Ordered pizza, cheese bread, chicken, and a sub to go.
2 pieces of cheese bread were OK, although burned a bit on bottom. Not sure what happened to the other two pieces- one was missing almost all the cheese, the other half.
Pizza looked like they’d dropped and left a hot pan on it, burning top of two pieces.

I am visiting from out of town and was really excited to come here again, it’s been a couple years. Cheese bread app burnt on bottom. Pizza came out burnt on top with very hard (old?) crust. 10-12 people in bar and 4-5 tables sat the whole time I was here, at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. I guess that should have been an indicator. Very slow to get initial service but, improved once server knew we were here. Odd things like having salt and pepper shakers on the table but red pepper and Parmesan cheese come out in little cups. Then, we ask for hot sauce and she brings out the industrial size bottle.
Maybe next time I’m back I’ll go to the West St. location. Maybe their integrity has retained itself.

Knew I should have just ordered from the location on West St, but this one is closer
to home. Ordered a 12” pizza with two toppings. Not sure why it is so tough for them to be consistent. One time it’s great, most times though – like this one – the crust is about 3 times as thick as usual, the cheese doesn’t go to the edge, too much sauce & burnt black at edges. Disappointed for sure.
Updated 10/2025: been standing here for 10 minutes or so. The person that rang me up left. The kid that came in has been back cussing up a storm since he got here and not manning the counter. Good thing no one has robbed this place yet because no one‘s manning the counter at all. Another guy came in and he’s been standing here the whole time as well. No one even acknowledge the door.

We really enjoyed going to fat jacks but after tonight we may not go back. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress then had to ask her for more drinks. It took an hour to get our food. People came in after us and got there food before us. Worst experience we ever had.

This is the most inconsistent Fat Jacks location. The pizza is different every time. Sometimes the toppings are adequate, sometimes not. Sometimes the crust is burnt, sometimes not. The carryout staff look like they are miserable and do not want to be there. I came in to pick up my order tonight, the guy working the counter never said hi, hello, how can I help you….nothing. Just stared at me. He looked confused when counting the money I gave him. When handing me my pizza he didn’t say thank you, have a good night…nothing. No smile, nothing. It doesn’t seem that the owner cares about this location as other reviews mention these same issues with consistency and staff. Sad. Recommend going to the locations on Findlay rd or West street.
