Chef’s choice! Fabulous. She is very skilled and we are honored to have had the chance to dine here. There is a lot of variety, and for sushi fans, this is a must experience.

I’ve had sushi all over the world – Tokyo Bistro is still my favorite. Nothing beats the kind employees, all of the food is made with love, it’s clean & consistent, options for everyone yet still authentic, and they support local fishermen. The owners are amazing. Gem of a place. Definitely worth a detour.

I’ve never experienced better sushi than at Tokyo Bistro. Ming & Jacky are exceptional sushi chefs. Echo is our favorite server. We’ve been coming to Tokyo bistro since their beginning days in Charleston Oregon when John & Minnie were around. I repeatedly order the dragon roll. I have never had a better dragon roll than at Tokyo Bistro. And believe me, I try whenever I go out of town and we eat somewhere new, I order the dragon roll and it is never as good as Tokyo Bistro. My daughter orders the golden California roll with soy paper instead of seaweed and a side of fish eggs. We also love the tempura shrimp, and the miso soup. I really appreciate having great sushi so close to our home. ❤️

This place is so good. I can’t believe I never tried it before. It’s so fresh and they have everything I even like stuff I dont normally eat on sushi because everything is such good quality. Also very reasonably priced compared to roseburg or eugene area, what you pay $18 for at tokyo bistro you’d pay at least $30 for elsewhere and it wouldn’t be very fresh. The service is ok, not the best in the world but that’s OK I do hate the small area. I wish the back room area was open more often. That’s my only complaint you’re so crammed in there 2 feet away from other tables. It’s better to go in as well to see their daily specials.

We had a good experience at Tokyo Bistro. Food was tasty and nigiri pieces were larger than in many other sushi restaurants. The unagi could have been cooked more. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience and we recommend this place.

It’s a fantastic sushi restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pink lady and the lemon drop roll were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be going back.

Super good. The whole family enjoyed including my 6yr old. We had the Mingus bridge, the ramen, teryaki chicken and beef, and the short ribs between us all and started off with Huge fried calamari and a sampler sushi appetizer. Definitely recommend. Service was amazing and staff all very knowledgeable.

Great little sushi place! Super busy when we went, so not the fastest making rolls, but it was fully understandable. Sat at the bar and the two sushi chefs were rolling nonstop. Prices were fair, rolls were flavorful and interesting, though one was a little overstuffed and falling apart. Would eat again 🙂
