Two separate times by the same person they don’t put cream in my coffee and the color is off, you might not be able to tell but I know what color my coffee is because I get it every day and this is way darker. It tastes watered down with no flavor and then I got a donut and it looks like they grabbed it and made it look like that and still decided to give it to me. The workers always hand you the smallest straw even for large drinks. And When they hand you your items, they go runoff to something else so there’s nobody there to get their attention so they can fix your drink. It’s not even the younger kids that messed up the cream in my coffee. It’s the adults. One time I got cold foam on my coffee and they waited to put it on like they should, but she handed it to me without it and the drink was not even close to the top so she handed me a drink that was not even full and thought it was normal apparently. And alot of times they forget the cold foam so the don’t read the label right.

I have been coming here m-f since opening.. service has gone down at a steady pace today my order was taken for the 1000th time and when I got to the window I was handed a medium not a large I told then im sorry this is incorrect I ordered a large. They took it back put ice in a large cup dumped my medium in it and gave it back to me…… they even put the medium coffee sticker on my large cup. Absolutely a joke you people need to take some accountability, this is the only dunkin I’ve EVER been to that constantly messes up almost ever order.

Honestly the only Dunkin worth going to is on D19. My son got a refresher- it was so gross he wouldn’t even drink it, asked for a vanilla sprinkle donut, got a chocolate one, and 10munchkins (asked for assorted without chocolate) and got all chocolate. I never leave reviews like this, but I tried calling to see how they could fix the situation because i was already into Howell on my way to work and they wont even answer the phone. Highly recommend just going to the one on D19. They have never gotten my order wrong, are always so kind and it is just better.

I just got a frozen coffee and it was made with SOUR MILK. I am vomiting now and feel super sick and plan to report this. This place needs to be inspected. BEWARE do not go to this location. There should be a protocol in place to make sure this does not happen. Not to mention I work too hard to have stuff like this go to waste with my hard earned money.

I just wanna know why there’s like 2 inches of coffee and the rest taste/feels like a frozen coffee with cold foam as well???? Completely not what I ordered and this happens often I get the same few drinks and they come out different every time. Seems like workers may need in-depth training and no it’s not “melted”.

Ive had to visit a lot this week due to working early. Everyone who made my drink and served it did a wonderful job- I always left happy. Management did great. I’ve seen her on busy days inside the store just pushing to help the morning weekend crowd. She is strong and I appreciate her and her team immensely. Thanks guys!

My son ordered a pink spritz refresher large we left and I went to go take a drink of it and i noticed a bug inside if it and also chuncks stuck inside of the ice cubes eeww! Please clean better or make sure you have no bugs and clean ice I have pictures too. On a good note the staff were friendly thank you for that.

Horrible place to go. They will not wait on the walk in customers at this location. The workers are lazy and just want to chat with each other. I will never use a dunkin or mugg and bopps after this disappointment.

A younger woman handed my wife her drink super fast and didn’t even make sure the lid was fully clasped on making it spill everywhere while handing it to her. She shut the window and turned around instantly. Furthermore the drink was 90% ice.

I regularly come to this location. It’s on my way to work. I usually place a mobile order and i order my drinks with almond milk since im allergic to dairy. Today my drink tasted funny but I drank it anyways after double checking i ordered it with almond milk. I ended up having to call in for the day because before I could even make it to work I got sick from the whole milk that was clearly in my drink and that was the reason It tasted different. I won’t be coming back to this location the older blonde haired lady was a hot mess this morning. She tried handing me someone else’s order and even after I told her I had the mobile order she forgot to give me the food I ordered and I had to ask for it.
