When it was a choice between this and McDonald’s, we thought about going hungry instead. But happy we went to Chipotle. Sometimes workers love to play their TikTok reels without headphones during their break times- but hey ho, it’s an individualist society at times.
I should be able to make some beans and salad, eat at home and save money! Also what grown adult is eating McDonald’s or drinking vegetable bum water aka Coca Cola… come on lads- grow up.

Done with this chipotle. The portions of you order online are always small. Today I thought I would just order in store, and it was the smallest burrito I’ve ever received. This is WITH extra rice and beans. 5” inches long. Employees are always nice here but the portions just don’t make it worth coming here

The employees often come across as having an attitude, making me feel like I’m inconveniencing them just by ordering food or asking for adjustments (such as ‘more’ or ‘less’ of an ingredient). If you don’t like your job, that’s fine—quit, but please don’t make customers feel like they’re bothering you by simply ordering from a food establishment. While many seem to be high school students, the unfriendly service is consistent even with older staff. 0 Star Service.

I am very disappointed with the online ordering process at this location. I was in a hurry and placed an order at 10:10 AM for a 10:30 AM pickup. Despite the app stating the food was “Ready,” I arrived to find my order hadn’t even been started. I had to wait for them to make it from scratch, and they still missed an item until I pointed it out.
Additionally, the app prompts for a tip before the service is even rendered, which feels wrong when the order is significantly late. This location accepts orders before they are actually prepared to fulfill them. If you are in a hurry, I’d suggest the Santa Ana Canyon Rd location instead—they manage their opening times and digital orders much more accurately.

I have to say this is my second time ordering from this location specifically to go and the same exact thing happened again. At first I wasn’t going to write a review because it might’ve just been a mistake but it has happened again. I asked for extra lettuce in my bowl and there was literally less than the regular amount. If anything they added extra rice which is so much. And no it’s not because of the company’s measurement of extra ingredients. Whenever I go to the Chipotle off of Tustin St. they give me my extra lettuce and that is my favorite location even though it’s further from my house I would rather go there than this one. Don’t come here if you ask for extra ingredients because they simply will not give it to you. I work in fast food as well and whenever my customer ask for extra ingredients I make sure I give it to them.

Place was a mess. They were already cleaning the dining area 2 hours before closing. The drink station was partially shut down and several tables were used as drying racks. Felt very mismanaged to be like this at 8pm (end of peak dinner rush).

Cheap quality food. Tried the new chorizo vegan meat and it tasted like chorizo. Taste-wise i cant tell it was vegetarian. This location is nice because theres a cool old school cinema next door.

It looks like we have to look inside the bowl now before we leave with our lunch order. When I got to the Chipotle after 12:20, I saw that my order wasn’t on the pickup table. I told one of the nice employees what happened, she said someone took my order by mistake which I said, No worries. I get it. Because random drivers would try to give me someone else’s order they got from Chipotle sometimes too. I waited for a few minutes, the employee hands me my bag. I look through it to make sure it had a fork and I left. When I got back to my work, I see what I attached to this review… Random Tacos instead of my salad 🙁
Management really needs to give this Chipotle more help because they always seem overworked when I decide to pick up here. I hope management acts on this.

Time and time again I order from here since it’s less than 5 mins from work and they always find a way to mess up my order ♀️ they either make it way ahead of time so it’s cold when I pick it up ON TIME, today I clearly got someone else’s order and didn’t have time to go back in, they add ingredients that weren’t on my order. I’ll start making the drive to the other one in Anaheim Hills because they haven’t messed an order up.
*didn’t order beans – got both kinds
* didn’t order corn salsa – got that
* ordered light rice – this one had double
* ordered mild salsa and definitely got the spicy one
* no sour cream
I had maybe 10 bites and threw it away.
I’m sure they put the lid on the wrong bowl, but come on.. its not that hard to follow an order.
