Been eating at this subway for years and the food is always good. Counter girls work hard and make great sandwiches even when they are understaffed. Love this place for a quick bite.

Told employee that they had brown lettuce, the spinach was wilted, and that they needed new of both. Employee said that’s how it came on the truck . I said so you’re going to serve people that nasty lettuce and their response was we have to have lettuce so yes. This is why so many businesses fail because of sorry employees. Just ridiculous .

The amount of the sub substances I feel have lessened and the prices are over priced for what I get. I get a better deal for the amount of food at BK. I WENT AND GOT A 1FT LONG AND A 6INCH,, cost 31 dollars,,, SO not a deal.

Have been a regular here for a few months. My first interaction with Claire I was treated like absolute trash with many customers as witness. When pushed to management the following week, I was shrugged off and gaslighted as, “Thats not like Claire.” Did not want to hear the situation or how I was treated. Highly do not recommend. I will NOT be back.

Very unsatisfied with service & product at this location. Presented coupon from subway & was not honored!! Coupon stated ANY 3 footings for 17.99. Fine print no exclusions stated. Corporate = if no exclusions stated coupon should have been honored; after being past around to several employees for their point of view; it was not at this location. We paid for our sandwiches; (with tax total $21 & some change; the coupon with tax would have been $20) which were & never are made as requested at this location that day; and will not ever go back. They are always out of several bread types; early in evening around supper time; this seems like norm; inadequate management especially when you advertise you make your bread fresh daily. Coupon was used successfully at another subway location in town 25 miles away. Both stores in that town were called before ordering & readily agreed if coupon does not have exclusions they would honor. The Heflin Alabama store is lacking satisfaction or customer service appeal in many areas. The coupon in itself was not a deal breaker; we bought sandwiches anyways. But prior visits with repeated dissatisfaction was enough. A small town with a lot of attention where it counts; our wallets.

Very convenient location because I live very close to here and with it being attached to a gas station, it’s easy stop and get a quick bite on the go. This location is always really neat and clean. I don’t know if the gas station or Subway is to blame but the bathrooms here are a different story. Definitely needs attention!!!! The staff here also seem somewhat preoccupied but they have always gotten my order out quickly and efficiently. The vegetables, meats, and cheese selections are usually fresh and plentiful. Overall, I enjoy getting a sub from here.

I called this location before driving over to let know I would be there close to closing time. I was told to come on in,”not a problem”…I drove my 20 minutes to pull up at 8:45..Store closes at 9:00. There were 2 customers finishing their order. As I approached the counter,from minimum of 15 ft away, I heard,”We’re closed!” Yelled from a long-haired guy with his hat on backwards…Now i’m easy, you could’ve said that you we’re out of everything except for this,and I would’ve simply ordered that.The bread proofer/over had a ton of bread in it,and nothing had been put away yet. My money was not needed nor was the other 2 customers that wetr walking in at the same time as I…Poor customer service and poor hygiene from this worker will never recieve my business again. I hope someone important reads this review and handles his/her business…No need to offer me anything,just manage your employees better..

Workers are slow. One brought the other one her phone because her ” husband was calling” and she used her gloves to unlock her phone and then proceeded to touch my sandwich until she looked up at the expression on my face.
