What makes this worse is the complete failure of management. I called later that same day and spoke to a supervisor, who told me the general manager would contact me. She never did. No follow-up, no apology, no indication that this was taken seriously.
This lack of response suggests a serious problem with accountability at this location. No customer should feel uncomfortable or degraded just to pick up food.
I strongly caution others about visiting this location, and I expect corporate to address behavior like this immediately, because local management clearly did not.On January 5th around 9:00 pm, my UNDERAGE daughter went through the drive-through at this McDonald’s location and was sexually harassed by an employee.
