On January 5th around 9:00 pm, my UNDERAGE daughter went through the drive-through at this McDonald’s location and was sexually harassed by an employee.
The employee was a white man in his 40s with a beard, working the drive-through window. He would not hand her food to her until he repeatedly commented on her appearance. This happened multiple times, forcing her to endure unwanted and inappropriate remarks just to receive the food she had already paid for.
This was not casual conversation. It was unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable behavior, especially from an employee in a position of control over a CHILD.
What makes this worse is the complete failure of management. I called later that same day and spoke to a supervisor, who told me the general manager would contact me. She never did. No follow-up, no apology, no indication that this was taken seriously.
This lack of response suggests a serious problem with accountability at this location. No customer should feel uncomfortable or degraded just to pick up food.

This is the second time on a Sunday morning that Alex has been extremely rude to me while I was ordering in the drive-thru. This time he didn’t even let me complete my order. My son and I usually stop every Sunday morning on our way to church, but we won’t be returning again. I would recommend not going to this location. Just drive a little further to a different one.

Quite possibly the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever seen – and that’s saying something. I’ve been to some rough places. None of the tables were wiped down. There’s trash all over the floor. The McFlurry was hardly mixed. All of the green syrup was on top. Poor quality….bigtime.

So okay, I was kinda bummed about the ice cream machine not working, but that’s honestly like not happened in any of the McDonald’s I’ve been in besides this one. And so I just ordered like normal, bacon MCdouble, only ketchup. I got home, and opened it, and I saw there was cheese. I was like ‘okay, that’s fine, I don’t actually mind, and I get how people might think to leave on the cheese.’ but then I bite into it, and I get the pickle taste. So now I’m standing at my counter, scraping off pickles and onions with a knife. And this is the second time I’ve done this with burgers at this location.

I really like this McDonald’s I’ve been coming here for my entire life, this is my McDonald’s. The food is always decent. My biggest pet peeve is the McFlurry mixing machine is always broken. Also the bathrooms need better ventilation as it smells inside of the dining area.

They accepted my mobile order and claimed that they were open until 1am. I’ve gone there so many times at 12:30/12:45, and this time for some reason they were closed. No drive though or anything. I was extremely upset and I don’t understand why the app, maps, and google are not on the same page.

Tried to use my McDonald’s reward code, but they wouldn’t accept it. I told the cashier I didn’t want the fries anymore since the code wasn’t working and asked them to remove the charge. They said okay but still charged me for it anyway. On top of that, the worker had an attitude the whole time just made the experience even worse. Definitely disappointed.

This is a great McDonald’s, and it’s where I usually go to. They always get my order right, and the food is great. Some McDonalds don’t often have frozen fantas in stock, but this one does, most of the time. I definitely recommend!
