I used to frequent this restaurant with my family a couple of years ago, and the other day I drove by and remembered how much I loved it. I decided to order delivery, and everything arrived perfectly—except the soup was accidentally missing. This place is so amazing that they personally came to drop off the soup and even gave me an extra one to make up for it. The customer service and care they show truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

What a find, Pollo Rico Grill was fantastic!
My wife and I cannot stop talking about the flavors packed into our meals.
The half chicken with rice and beans was delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Nice and juicy!
Our favorite plate was the tostones with guacamole. This guacamole was top notch. This was fresh and full of flavor.
We received excellent customer service from the waitresses.
We are looking forward to our next visit already!

I wish I knew about this place sooner. I ordered the quarter chicken with rice and salad with lemonade. How delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. The lemonade was so refreshing. Definitely fresh squeezed and not fountain juice. Everyone that worked there was so kind. I will be back to try more items on the menu!

I was breaking a fast after my doctor’s visit and starving. I wanted to try something outside of my typical restaurants, and I’m happy I did. They give good portions that I couldn’t eat in one sitting. I believe the manager was very personable and came from the back to greet me in the dining area, good Columbian food.
