The service was horrible. They yell at you when you walk in to pick a table and then you sit for 20 minutes before getting greeted. They sit tables right on top of each other and there is no room to move.
The waitress had a terrible attitude and was short with everyone. When I asked for silverware, she rolled her eyes and never did come back. We had to get items ourselves and the manager was just as rude and didnt help her out. He dropped off checks and took payments but never helped to clear dishes, get drinks, ect. They were out of several things on the menu. We were treated as if we were an inconvenience.
The chicken dumplings were OK. The egg roll was ok. Neither were something amazing. The Rainbow Roll was mediocre. I’ve had better sushi from Kroger. The tuna was tough and chewy, the rice was very dry, and the avocado was hard.

Hands down, this is the best sushi restaurant! The customer service, quality, quantity and presentation of the food, far exceeded expectations. If I lived on this island, this for sure would be where I would take my son every week. Getting a taxi to and from this place was easy in quick. This island has a very dependable taxi service.

The prices may appear steep, but these massive rolls are so jam packed with fish, you will not regret it! We got the Tiger, Volcano, and Big Bill rolls, and would highly recommend all 3. The miso soup is tasty, and the service is friendly and quick. Whether you are a local or coming through for vacation, this is a great spot for lunch or dinner.

I ordered a dynamite roll during lunch hours. There were only 4-5 tables of customers so not that busy. I waited for 45 mins before I needed to pull the trigger and cancel the order. The waiters initially intentionally ignored my waving hand to request for service, and finally as I caught their attention, they were not apologetic for the unreasonably wait time for food. When we asked for the bill, they still added in mandatory tips, without serving my food. I’ve never seen such slow sushi place and such awful attitude from the waiters and the restaurant

Loved this place. Everything was fresh and very tasty with some unique options.
The rolls are huge, not long, but big around so bring your appetite.
We went with a party of 12 later in the evening and they were able to accommodate us, but if it had been a busy time it might have been hard for them to do.

Billy and Carlos were great! Huge sushi rolls and portions here as well. We came on a Tuesday and there were no cruise ships around so that’s probably why it wasn’t crazy busy. Our food also arrived in a timely manner with really good service. I also thought the sushi quality was really good. Some people may not like the extra rice but I thought both the rice and sushi were proportional and that they didn’t skip on the protein

Resturant was clean and inviting as we entered we were seated promptly. Server was very professional and polite. He was very helpful and took care of us. The food was excellent and portions were big. I recommend coming here when you’re in St Thomas USVI!

I ordered online. They do not know how online ordering works. When I walked in the first thing I see is the “chef” yelling at people that “it’s going to take an hour and he doesn’t want to hear anybody asking where their food is at”. This leads to 2 tables standing up and leaving immediately. When I go to get my order that I had placed an hour and a half ago, they tell me it’s not ready because “they shut down online orders” but yet they have the receipt of my order. That doesn’t make any sense. She then tells me it’s going to be an hour which I say is unacceptable because I had already placed my order over an hour prior. She then assures me that it won’t take that long. 1 hour and 28 minutes later I finally received my order. Additionally, this is after the chef has also yelled at random customers walking in to eat dinner to get out and they aren’t taking any more orders.
Overall extremely unprofessional and it’s embarrassing that they think this is how a restaurant should be operated.

In the heart of the Caribbean, on the U.S. Virgin island of Saint Thomas, a certain stop is Beni Iguana’s, a sushi place to please all kind of tastes. Our favorite is the Ecstasy Roll, great for the flavorful smoked eel, but the options are vast. But sometimes, being so popular as it is, the service let us down. Today was one of those days, where we had to look for a table ourselves and even after we were seated for a while nobody approached our table until calling the server, and this just happened after other customers that came later were seated and served right away. So in resume, we love the sushi here, but the service not always is the best.
