It is Dominos, so you know what you are getting . This is not a 5 star restaurant it is a chain that is competing with other large chains. The pizzas were well topped and tasted like Dominos. The staff was courteous and friendly . The food was ready in the quoted time. When you are paying $7 for a pizza, you can not expect more than that.

Ordered delivery at 5:17pm. Operator said pizza would be about 30 minutes. Called back at 6:18pm. Operator said pizza would be right out. I tried to call back at 6:48, on hold twice for 5 minutes. Pizza finally arrived at 7:00. Operator had typed in wrong phone number and room number. Inconsiderate delivery driver stated they had tried to call several times.

Something is wrong with this location. I had really bad quality experience here last 2 times. First time I had order a thin crust vegetable pizza and found a chicken piece inside it. Second time I have added a Buffalo sauce as a topping but whoever made it spread all over my pizza.

This company is back to doing delivery which with the great food makes it 5 star. Dominos is wonderful. The use of their online ordering along side with GPS and texts when the food is about to arrive is great. They have always been very fast on delivery and Branden is an awesome delivery guy as well as Joshua. These two guys go above and beyond for their customers. They are all very nice and professional. Keep it up Dominos!

Worst experience ever! I ordered online around 11 PM, an hour before closing. The pizza arrived at the quality check at 11:26, but they never delivered my pizza that I paid $24 for. Not only did I not get a refund, but they also tried to offer me 60 points or 20% off my next order. The best 60 points can do for me is a medium two-topping pizza. I hate this place with all my gut! I definitely don’t recommend it and will never be ordering again.

Your employee at the Bridge Street location, Josiah, is AWESOME! He was so friendly over the phone and again in person. He helped me with a large order with double cuts, and I got off the phone thinking: “it’s so refreshing talking to a customer service person who sounds happy and is so helpful.” I just wanted his management to know that his energy is greatly appreciated!!
