I enjoy the Popeye chicken and their dumplings. It was chicken wings it was very tasty. The service was great the environment was good. The drinks was very tasty. Over all I really enjoy my little time seated there and eat the chicken meal. The seating was pretty good.

Food was THE best Popeyes we’ve had in a long time. Very fresh!! Even soda from soda machine tasted better than any average chain.

I want to start off by saying this is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants. I live way closer to the Popeye’s on Manheim Pike, but I would rather drive out of my way to come to this location.
Not only is it cleaner, but the staff is 100% more friendly and professional. Food is always hot and fresh.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location, mainly due to the customer service. The team member at the front counter, Sheila, showed little to no customer service throughout the interaction. Customers at the counter were ignored, and when issues came up, there was no apology or effort to make things right.
My order was incorrect, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, Sheila was dismissive. At one point, she told me my order didn’t exist, only to later realize she hadn’t properly checked. There was no apology, no smile, and no basic courtesy offered at any point.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customer service like this makes it hard to want to return.

The chicken was okay….not nearly as good as KFC. Sides were about the same. Old coleslaw, cold mashed potatoes and the rice and beans was mushy refried beans and cold rice…..I was expecting red beans and yellow rice not cheap refrieds.
Staff was friendly enough but it took forever to get the order….and the claim to be “cajun” is just not working out. There was no hint of any cajun seasonings at all.
Most of the 5 people on duty were doing nothing…at lease nothing in a hurry. Atmosphere is just blah…and the place didn’t feel clean. Not headed back soon…and probably never
