First time at wingstop. The service was fast and very easy. The inside could use a little bit of renovation but it is mainly a take out place so not a huge deal. I loved the fries and the garlic parm boneless wings. The lemon pepper boneless wings were a little too salty for me but I know a lot of people really like them.

I placed an online order. I went to my car to check the order before I got home. So I bit into a wing and I had someone else HAIR in my mouth. Since I was still on the parking lot. I came back inside with the chicken that I bit with the hair in it. The lady at the front was apologetic. But the black female with the long braids had an attitude because it was her coworkers hair in MY FOOD. YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS BS UP. She was really upset. I ordered 2 meal deals for $16.99 and 1 extra ranch dressing $1.59. I was overcharged and I brought this to the new employee’s attention, she says that the meals come with a drink. I order the 20 boneless meal deal every week and it has never included a drink. I asked for my receipt it clearly displays that I was charged for a drink(see image below). I informed the cashier and showed her the receipt. I then asked for the manager who is usually at the register, she stated he left for the day. She continued to answer phone calls in the middle of our exchange (she should be trained to close out an encounter with a customer who is face-to face or to answer the phone and place the phone call on hold). She was flustered and I asked her to call the manager so she did. I overhear the manager on the phone state that the drink comes with the meal. He could clearly care less about what was going on in his establishment. After going back and forth she decides to give me the difference in cash. By this time I was exhausted after working all day. I received my food and checked to make sure everything was correct. I did not count the money until after I was home. She did not give me the correct amount in change o
Off by .38 cents. What an unnecessary experience to say the least. If I order Wing-stop in the future, I will be risking my life for it on Patterson Ave instead of going back to the Owings Mills location.

I had an awesome experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. One of the employees went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even checked in to see if I needed anything else. Super friendly and helpful it made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
