They are SLAMMED right now. I mean parking lot full, line out to the road-chaos in the parking lot and a lobby full of people. They all have great attitudes right now, delivering awesome customer service- greeting people as they come in, thanking those of us waiting for our patience and communicating clearly. Out of all of the Starbucks I’ve been too, the Watertown Starbucks takes the cake. Every employee has been so kind and patient. The food and drinks are sent out in no time at all considering how many people go there. I would highly suggest coming to this one

I placed a mobile order which was really fast and the drinks came right before I arrived. The baristas were also really nice. They offered us a free cup of ice for my dad’s espresso and even let me borrow a laptop charger. Would definitely recommend! Very clean store and lots of outlets and accessible seats!

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks every day as I am a resident in Watertown and I must say this is the most awful Starbucks. I have gone to in a long time. The drinks are terrible. Service is terrible. You wait in line at the drive-through for almost 20 minutes. Every coffee I get is sticky. I have to wrap a napkin around it because they don’t even give me a sleeve. I’m very disappointed as it’s two minutes from my house that I have to drive to Waterbury for the nearest location. I

This Starbucks rips you off when you order a cold beverage. The amount of ice vs the liquid is a joke! 2 sips and my drink was gone. Order your drinks with no ice to actually get what you paid for.
