Waited 45 minutes(actually!) In the drive thru line on the night of the superbowl. The inside was closed and there was only 2 cara in front of me. I ordered a sauce n tossed 4 piece basket, a $7 3-piece chx basket Meal deal w/ the Sundae upcharged for a sm. Blizzard, reg. Cheese curds and a sm. strawberry cheesecake blizzard. My total was $42.48! When I got our order the 4 piece was a regular chx basket-not sauce n tossed and I was handed 4 strawberry cheesecake blizzards! I just wanted to be refunded for the 2 extra blizzards I was charged for. He said he had to refund my whole order and ring it up again and I had to pay Again! That was fine but its been almost 2 weeks and I never was refunded my $42.48 so I ended up paying $60++ for this horrible service and the phone to call them goes to a full voice mail EVERY TIME. I’m from out of town so I’m not sure how I’ll be refunded ♀️

I haven’t been to DQ in years after a bad experience. I decided to give it another shot, and got a cheeseburger and a mint Blizzard.

Worst DQ. Pulled up on a Saturday night 3/7/26 @8pm. No customers inside or in drive thru. Pulled up through drive thru and can see one employee sitting on the floor inside, another with a broom, 1-2 others out of sight. Hands me two overfilled drippy blizzards spilling ice cream on the side of my car. Asked for napkins and did my best to clean up their mess and get a holder. Handed the dirty napkins back and the server refused to take their mess or give me more napkins. Worst service, incredibly lazy employees refusing to take accountability or even try to help. Never going back to this location.

I ordered in the drive-through, a 4 piece chicken strip meal with buffalo sauce and no drink with a mini BO cup blizzard. My total was $13 and the only thing that was edible was my mini blizzard. The chicken strips were cold, and not cooked fully, and the fries were soggy and also cold, with cold buttered bread. I will never patron this location again. I’ve tried this so many times its ridiculous. I also did not get a receipt, so I’m not sure how I’m going to make an official complaint. I was also in the drive-through approximately 10 to 12 minutes behind one other vehicle waiting for food.

The sign and light are often turned off during business hours giving appearance that they are closed.
Wait times are painfully long. Cleanliness inside is poor. Food preparation is bad. Ice cream is a mess.

Never even ordered. Sat in line for 15 minutes without any movement in the line. The staff was just paying attention to the drive thru. One employee was just standing around. Won’t be back to this location. We walked out.

I am extremely disappointed in the owner of this Dairy Queen. First the lights are all out so you’d assume it was closed. But it is open. I ordered a meal deal, chicken strip basket & a side of fries. Only to get home and be missing one of my meals with soggy fries that I waited extra time for. Would love to speak to whoever is running this place. Even the Minneapolis Dairy Queen’s do Better than this.

Like fries hamburger I think . Small Sundays fries. And pretzels I think. I really look for the meal deals. Its either chicken strips and fries and a drink. Or the D.Q cheeseburger with pickles ketchup and mustered. And it comes with a small Sunday. Either hot fudge topping, or chocolate,or strawberry topping or Carmel. They have chili dogs. Blizzard icecream ice cream cones. You can spend alot of money thier. Depending how much food you order. But for the meal deals about $7.00 or $8.00 They have plenty of tables to sit inside. They serve pretty good. Except when they get really busy. You can wait a long time. And they do have outside patio tables and chairs to sit outside. If the weather is not raining. My son goes there alot. Because the meal deals are great. But I dont eat there all the time. Because you can get tired of it. If you eat there everyweek. And they do sell icecream cakes and so forth. But you pay around $35.00 or $40.00 for the ice cream cakes. But you only get that if you have a special birthday to celebrate. Or get it for mother’s day or fathers day. Everyone likes dairy queen. And they do have enough parking places. Because they are in a bussiness area where super target is and other companies. We go there only when when we want a treat. Or to get food. When are money in our budget is Short. But we do enjoy the D.Q treats. Thank you.

My son is a very respectful senior in HS, and goes to this location three times a week after work with his co-workers.
The service is terrible and their food tends be delivered piecemeal, with items not coming out together, but they roll with it.
Tonight, Nov 17th, they were eating dinner after work, minding their own business, but there was another customer playing music loudly through her phone and singing. They glanced at her once out of confusion but said nothing.
The workers ended up coming over and my son and his co-worker were asked to leave. The reason given, was they were making comments about the person singing, giving her rude looks, as well as to other customers. – This never happened!
And this review is not because I am being “that parent.” As a business professional, I would think the owner of this location would want to know about the actions of the employees, as well as the service, which is a terrible reflection of DQ.
My guess is you will be losing quite a few customers once word travels as to what transpired tonight.

Small seating area inside but the staff were super friendly! I didn’t get her name but the cashier who wore a hijab went above and beyond! Best DQ employee we’ve ever encountered.
