I don’t think I’ve ever had anything here I didn’t love. The wellness bar is a favorite spot to go and get a healthy snack. I love all of the bowls. The bomb.com is my favorite. I love that they can split the large bowl into two smaller bowls. I love the avocado toast. The juices are really good. The shots are good. The service is good, sometimes just a little slow. The locations are very nice and welcoming and a cute place for a little midday date. They have lotus drinks as well with cool flavor combos. The only downside is the price.

Love the Wellness Bar. My favorite Açaí bowl is the Crunchy Monkey. The smoothies are delicious too. I usually pick up some wellness shots as well. Oh, grab the protein balls for a quick protein snack. So good!

Oh my gosh I am in shock, the customer service is so amazing! I came through drive through today (12/3) looking for a pick me up and the girl who helped me was the sweetest employee ever!! I love when I can see that an employee loves their job and this one definitely does! She has amazing customer service and was very sweet!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back!

I love going to wellness bar it is a great place to get a sweet but healthy treat! I can through the drive thru and had a great experience with the customer service. The girl at the window was so sweet and helped me figure out what I wanted, her name is Jena and i can tell she loves her job and is a good worker! Definitely recommend!

Great food but disappointed with recently paying such a high price on an acai bowl that was only filled 3/4 of the way in the bowl. Also a few years ago I bit into a magnet that was inside if my acai bowl! It was small enough to swallow and/choke on! I went back and told them and got a “sorry” I could see thru the drive thru that they were using small dime sized magnets to hold order receipts directly over the food prep area…I tried calling to notify someone of the danger this presented especially if it would have been in a child’s food item! It was impossible to get a managers contact info or for any location to answer the phone. I highly recommend offering a customer satisfaction survey or some way for customers to submit their experience positively or negatively.

I used to love going here. Not anymore. They never keep anything in stock and they dont care to call back thier customers. I bought a 50$ gift card and ive been in there 4x in the last week to try and do a juice cleanse and they have been completely out of everything they dont care to restock. Ive tried calling to make a bulk order to make it easier with no reply back.

Great place for healthy items like Acai bowls and smoothies, as well as juices and shots. Odd experience the other day when I went with my wife. The young staff could use some training in customer relations. We bought a juice shot that was 50% off (near or past date). My wife had the shot and it was definitely bad (she had about half). We immediately told the staff and gave them the unopened ones from the fridge. Oddly, the young lady said nothing, and didn’t acknowledge at all. No “sorry” or “thank you for letting us know”. We didn’t want another customer to have same issue or get sick. Usually there would be an apology or refund. We will likely go back, just very odd and hope ther can be some training in that regard.

Always leave feeling like, wow I take absolutely terrific care of myself as a human being. I leave feeling like I’m one of those healthy people, haha. Amazing staff, beautiful modern vibe inside. I love wellness bar post falls, no shade on other locations but post falls is my go-to. <3
