They’re so hit or miss. Never consistency in the food.
2 pics are of my flattened toasted Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap w/out the jerk (no sauce), not sure why it was toasted flat and crunchy.
2 pics are from the last time I ordered & got sweet potatoes. No idea what happened or what that potato was but I sure didn’t want sweet potatoes anymore.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Tropical Smoothie location. I ordered a veggie wrap and they put chicken in it — which is unacceptable, especially for someone who’s specific about what they eat. When I called to get it resolved, the manager was incredibly rude and even started yelling at me on the phone. Completely unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I hope they improve their customer service and attention to orders

I ordered an Avocolada, sub mango instead of the pineapple and MAN!!!! The smoothie was bursting from the lid and I loved it. I saw a comment mentioning that their smoothie wasn’t fully blended….for me, there were pieces of either kale or spinach, but I didn’t mind this at all. It was delicious, the employee was friendly, service was swift and I was on my way. I hope someone fixes the sign because I was under the impression that I couldn’t turn left into the establishment, but apparently, you’re not able to left once you leave.

Only go here during day shift. Anything you order on afternoon shift will be wrong. They never make the food right, it’s not good and they need up your order. Day shift is way better.

I ordered the kiwi quencher and was not very pleased with it. It is mostly strawberry flavored with not much else to it. Clean environment with an easy access drive thru.

Update– gave them another chance after they reached out to me. Credited me $6. Came by in store to get a wrap and a smoothie. The cashier who made my smoothie was friendly. The cook that made my wrap seemed overwhelmed and busy but overall a better experience from my last.

On a Saturday at 5:30pm… “Not serving food because short staffed”… but the person in front of me ordered food. I only know this because they pulled over to try to enter the building with the food but couldn’t because it was locked. They pulled around the drive thru and ended up behind us. Please staff up your building.

When I walk in and order I have never had a problem. Twice now I have ordered online and had delivery. Both times bad. This time no straw was sent for my smoothie and it was not blended, had 2 large wedges of avocado chunks of ice. Just not good.
